My best memory here:This railway junction is very close to my heart 💓. Have very best 2 hours of my life with someone, those 2 hours will never be forgetable for me in this entire life. ( December 5).Now lets Talk about Station:this Railway junction has 6 platforms, Best one is platform no.1,The reservation center and ATMs are outside the Platform no. 1.This station also provide very high speed WiFi service for free.Paid parking available outside pl.no6. ticket counters are both sides of the stations.Local transport ( buses, Magic, autos) are available for 24×7 from platform no. 6.Nearby places are Bharat talkies, Nadra Bus stand, barkhedi, chhola Road, krishna nagar etc. Habibganj Railway station is 6km far from this one.

Talking about cleanliness, the station is well maintained by railway station. During pandemic, it has been improved since the passengers who have confirmed reservations can enter, but I didnt find sanitizing machine placed on the platform premises elsewhere. There is still many improvements needed in terms of COVID-19 safety measures. During pandemic, there are very few trains going towards and from Indore and nearby stations, therefore we can see Many passengers are boarding from this station.

Good. Ive crossed Bhopal junction on the way to Agra in Thirukural super fast express. Ive found 3+ stalls, 3+ drinking water zones and few more value added facilities over there. This review is applicable as on March 22, 2019

Bhopal junction is one of the busiest station in central India and comes under Western Central Railways region. It has 6 platforms, 2 foot over bridges and equipped with 1 lift and escalator on platform no.1. You can find trains for every direction from this junction. Station has got decent infrastructure in past 3-4 years and new building is in construction which will be ready by End of December 2018. Food Restaurants (IRCTC plaza), Rest room facility, parcel service is available at platform no.1 entry. Cleanliness has improved since last 4 years.

It is the capital of MP, so according to that it is no that much developed...But platform clean(only platform 1) and also available transport at night..Waiting room toilet smell badly some time..Need to develop

This Railway Station is good and provides connectivity to various stations. Many express and superfast trains were stopped here for long route journey. The staff is good but can go even better in future. This station is neat and clean but services are not so good since one of its two ticket rooms always remains closed. This causes very problems to the passengers but overall this station is good and infrastructure will improve over the time and beware of pick-pockets, thefts.

Bhopal is second clean city in the country. Station has lack of toilets in platform 4,5 and 3. I like ac waiting hall. Clock room appreciated. One negative thing when you try to keep luggage at clock room they say you to scan it but Luggage scanner is not working at station.

Bhopal junction was neat and clean. Special arrangements to prevent the spreading of corona virus is done there. Security officers sitting on entry gates to allow only those who has tickets to get in. It is safe to go there. Because there is no rush. And cleaners are doing their job very well by continuously keeping jn. Cleaned.

Bhopal is the capital city of Madhya Pradesh but its railway station is not like that... It lacks many facilities. There is no proper management of drinking water in the entire station.. Food quality is third class...there is no irctc authorised food stalls... You have to buy food items from the local food stalls that serve stale foods only. Railway wifi is very slow everywhere in the station. The only good thing is the presence of Retiring rooms and Air conditioned waiting hall in the station... Indian railways and state govt. Should work on the above problems. They should learn from the other stations like Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh), Nagpur etc that are not even capital city but their stations are just mind blowing.

This railway station serves major population of MPs Capital- Bhopal. It is maintained,in comparison with some other big railway stations in India,but there is still good scope for improvements in passenger services. Congestion,due to high passenger load is a big issue, along with cleanliness.To overcome the problem of crowd and share the load, railways has started redevelopment of another important station of city-Habibganj, which will,for sure, help in overall improvement of Bhopal Junction in all aspects.

Neither too spacious, nor too small. No matter how great the city itself is, the railway station shows a contrasting picture to it. Unhygienic, unclean and lacks modern amenities & facilities. The beautification had been done but that too seems to have degraded with time.
