I bought an activa 5g from here and on my last servicing there they literally just did the worst they made me wait for 7 and a half hours for that to happen, And that could have been excused only if they said that at the time i was giving the vehicle to them not when i called to ask them if the servicing is done. They delayed time 2 times amd at the end i had to wait all they had to was fix the metal guard from the backside (tail light) and put a foot pad or mat on the front at foot space and wash it and this took them so much time.

Service is pathetic, I bought my activa 6g last October but I have to take it to showroom for service 3-4 times. And service is quite slow, every time we have to wait for hours in waiting room even after getting call to collect our vehicle. And my last experience was worst I called by my self to ask about the battery replacement update , and when the service was over I called several times to know if its done or not, very disappointing.

Worst service, customer support staff is just rubbish, they wont care about the customer and their time, anaal honda waste my whole day and found out my unserviced vehicle.Please dont service your vehicle from here, just go to other service center.

Very disappointed with servicing unit. They charged for useless things and illegal thing. They add money by pen not printed which is illegally. That is not recorded. That thing done by service worker. They are cheater. Only pay that money which is printed on bill, not that which is written by pen.

What a waste! Went to get a tyre change and regular servicing today at 12 pm, they said yes itll be done. I waited for up until 5 pm and then thry said they dont have the tyre! Wasted 6 hrs of my time and stil didnt get the work done! And a worker they call mama is extreme lazy! Worked on 2 vehicles in 6 hrs and thats it. If this is the quality of service Honda is providing, no ones going to stick around despite the good quality of honda engines.

CB shine 2 wheeler is Very worst. I have purchased CB shine on dated 24.10.19. Bike was good drive 3 days then after technical issues in bike. Bike was Serviced in Honda service center 2 times but bike problem is not solved yet.

Resource and size wise you may get almost all your problem resolved here. But the actual problem lies in their service. Their service sometimes are worth embracing but most often not upto the mark. Moreover you need to wait in long long queue to get your vehicle serviced.If you want to buy new vehicle then I really cannot frame them as cheapest option but a little bargain may do your job done. Though you may get genuine product with trust of Mr. Hooda. All in all a good place to buy your vehicle and get it serviced but avoid getting your vehicle during festive season.

Worst service 😡😡😡Total waste of money, fuel as well as time.I bought activa 4g and handover for its first service and when they ask is their any problem I told them that there is an problem in the buzzer as the buzzer was not working properly. And when I return to take it back the problem was not sort out and also they only sprinkle water on the body dont even Clean it by the cloth all the stains of water was in the body. I am very disappointed 😞 by the service of the Honda. I think it is all because of no supervision on the employees who are doing service.............
