Staff behavior good, i purchase tvs jupitor from ishan automobiles.

Unnecessary fiddling during servicing.The service team unnecessary replaced the parts which does not require replacement at all & after complaining,they argue & make demands that those parts really requires to be replaced & plan to charge extra money from the customers in the name of servicing. It is recommended not to do service at this service center.

Very bad service, even after stopping for 4 hours, my bike did not touch the hour, those who came from behind were serviced

Customer experience is good.But they surely need a good technicians to understand customers problem. I explained them my problem on my bike but they keep on saying different thing . They dont have good and trained technician . I dont know about everyone but whoever does servicing of my bike .i told them about my chain adjustment but they say it is alright , but it was not. So i had to go back another day to fix that. Some technician cannot rectify my problem on ky bike . Otherwise feedback is good , they talk politely.

I noticed manufacturing fault in my tvs Apache 200 after 2 days from purchase date.I have given my bike to your authorised seller 30 days before, but till now the seller has not given my bike back, seller always defaults the delivery date. Very pathetic service. Never buy anything from ishan tvs

Very bad experience ☹️ 😣 no customer satisfaction, as free servicing is so called free servicing only, as they charge every single penny in name of labour charge, in actual these people dont truly follow a service book that what need to be replaced, as they have only own sops and definitions between what they need to charge and what really need to charge, disgusting people with very bad knowledge about theory.Requesting management people to take necessary action and make it written that what a free servicing means of what customer get in name of free servicing, what written in their so called service book as all work includes labour charge, no empathy towards customersFew staffs were bad

Less knowledge of employees cause i had to rush four times back and forth just to get right parts for my yamaha.
