Located in a very good environment and not in a concrete jungle. Lots of Greenery around the campus. No noise and air pollution.

Its my wifes office, went for a covid vaccination drive. The campus is awesome with spacious interiors and its well maintained. The staff there also treat u well and the security agency is also very good.

My last day as a Mindtree Mind on 19th July 2021. The place is same as my First day here in Bengaluru office 2nd Novemeber 2021 and also the same in my 1st day in Mindtree Kainga Bhubaneswar 24th July 2021.Nostalgic moments but really great to see Mindtree at the top of its professional standards.

Very nice place in Global village. Away from the main Bengaluru city. Along with Mindtree Ltd lot of software companies are located at this place.

One of worst company to work. Especially under Deepak Rajan - project mgr . He tells in interview as Accounts payable process later gives Sales process.For Freshers they give only 15k pm.People usually quit here . No growth. They would tell we would put u in Accounts process. But it wont happen.Its better to change in place of Deepak some other good person to handle team.

I had attempted two interviews both were very unusual as there was a screening round to my surprise because the recruiter said it is not a pool and there were pool of people in a board room ,I sat along with them then came a surprise SQL test I cleared it and then there was a telephonic round at some desk on a bay that was also cleared then came face to face round I was pretty confident that this would be the last one and really excited to join because I have been a resident of RR Nagar for past 12 years hence I had dreamt of working in any company which is in global village and Mindtree was on of them . But there came a twist I attempted the round well I was asked to wait by this time my day started at 10 and it was 5 evening, then finally they said they will call to discuss further. Later after few days they said they didnt had the requirements. Im still waiting for an opportunity.

Nice company , its in global village,Mysore road, quite in the outskirts of the city,Right opposite to BGS engineering college.Its very near to Omkar hills.This is a part of secluded Bangalore, you have lot of houses,less apartments and companies and small addas like dhaba type to eat food, I did not see anything other than office canteen Shanti Sagar or any road side eatery.thats about this area.Pros:This mindtree using phase 1,2,3and 5. No phase 4. They have child care centre and the building is nice , its 10years old building, and its mindtrees own building looks like.Every Mindtree building has a open terrace canteen and food rates are affordable.You get south meals for 50rs, I think its a great deal,you do not get anything in 50rs at Koramangala for example, so its a majorly middle class company as well as middle class area.Houses for rent if you see nearby, for 10K you can get 2bhk.its a great deal.You get to pay 10K for 1bhk at Koramangala for example.Cons:Quite far from the city,Secluded,Very less apartments.No hi-fi restaurant here nearby.Need to use own transportation*******,Less autos and less place cabs available.No gym in the company or nearby.

Well built infrastructure with lots of green3. Nice vacant spaces in every aspects.Cons1. No public transport to travel inside/near the tech parkHeard that theres some bus faculties to nearby Mysore road metro station but its only on some peak times

Nice place to work for, serene calm and best part opposite direction of the traffic so travel time not an issue. But yes if you stay near Whitefield you will need an hour of metro ride plus the time required to reach metro station and if u have to come on weekends then getting a ride back will be difficultOn the other side awesome scenic place with lots of greenery.

Mindtree is a multinational software company based in Bangalore, India. Its headquarters is in Bangalore West, in Global Village Tech Park. It is a workplace many software engineers. The place has two complex in Global Village. The main campus consists of three buildings which are named Phase 1,2 & 3. The other complex is just on the opposite side of the street beside Accenture which is its Phase 5. The place offers parking facilities with wheelchair parking available. A nice and good park is there is the main campus, good for chilling out. Entry access only for the employees working. The Phase 2 building is where new freshers are welcomed and job interviews are also taken.

Here you will get opportunity to learn more about new technology.Here work environment is not that good. Rating and appraisal system here is not that good. You will have to do more than just coding, even if you work hard nobody bothers.

This company follows work life balance. It has day care facility for kids who work in the company. Global village is the main campus in Bengaluru. It has 4 building in which 3 building is in one campus. The campus has garden where Minds can spend some time post lunch or walk around. All over the building security is there including in parking lot. They guide Minds to park in a right place. The company has special parking place who bring bicycle. Apart from the campus it has parking lot at the back gate as well. Have lot of options for having lunch or dinner in the company. Either we can have in the campus or food court or at the back gate.

Attended interview today. Phonic interviewer told requirement for one technology. After clearing it called for face to face travelled to global village from marathalli. There they interviewed on other technology. Idiots dont have coordination among them worst people. Never attend interview here.even meagre knowledge people

You get all types of food. Veg, non veg and diet food. All buildings have multiple lifts for everyone to use. Access is to only employees hence outsiders restricted.

It is a great place to work and learn.. no second thought about it.. But the way the finance department functions is unprofessional..The subordinate teams like MIS, Expenses are not at all co-operative...It is a well known fact that Controlership/Financial Reporting team in any finance department is bound to lead the entire finance but in case of the this company there exists....Lack of collaboration...Leading to ineffective work.

The interviewer dint have his own questions. Had undergone interview for android development. Almost asked 30 questions which can be found easily from the internet for 3 years experience. Couldnt answered for 2 questions. They were not bothered to know your knowledge. He was looking at the laptop for every question..
