Its better say this is a School not a software company. No job security and when ever they want they will remove from job. If u work hard also they never consider. The worst thing is timings if u 1 min late also they deduct half pay from ur salary and everything there will be some fines. Finally they collect fine from you entity month end of the month same fine they give u in the form of salary. My best suggestion dont ever never try to join.

Have been working here since last 2 months, I must say, this is a place where you will learn. This company provides opportunities to test your skills, learn new things in your interests and apply that knowledge to show the results. Staff is supportive, 5 working days in a week with flexible work hours, you cant ask more. Oh well! They also host Bday parties and inhouse brewed tea if you are a tea fanatic.One word: If you have the patience and will to learn & lead, this is a company where you want to be. Office setup may not look posh but yeah, remember where lotus blooms!
