Being a resident I personally feel its a great ambience with aesthetic look and greenery view. However, the sad part is Have to live with snakes which seems to be uncontrollable.

Extremely reasonable pricing for a quality premium apartment. Having facilities like ac gym,pool, temple,open gym, cricket pitch, amphitheater, badminton, big clubhouse and more. Project Manager showed us the entire estate and he is polite spoken gentleman during finalizing the price.

The playground is very fine to play for kids

Builders seems to be good but they should consider the other aspects like location, safety of people. There is a high tension tower inside the apartment near swimming pool n kids play area. Also its near sigapura Lake.Th is is very close to graveyard..Please consider all these before buying.

Room size are very compact for all flats . Also price is too high

Flats are very spacious seems to be good at first but is it?? West side have a graveyard and how govt approved them to built a property through the high extension towers that also built inside, very dangerous club house and swimming pool fully covered above with these high extensions wires..

Apartment is beautifully constructed. Builders provided the facilities more than what was promised and expected. Had a solution for everything when I raised any concern. Project Manager Mr Ayub is an example for how any organization should work on customer happiness. Really proud to own an apartment in SMR Estilla.
