This is a small cake shop with a decent selection available. We ordered a black forest birthday cake for my son. It was really good, everybody liked it. Was able to pick it up within the hour. They also have snacks like samosas & egg patties in limited quantity. The access to this shop however is a problem. Road closures & ongoing resurfacing makes walking on the road slurry the only option.

Taste is always best in Just bake pastries, friendly employ in the shop.Owner need to provide small candles as complementary not the whole packet but at least two small candles. This was the first experience till date in any of the Just Bake. Its not bargaining its a request.

Ordered a DBC cake. The staff are very polite and co- operative. The cake was delivered on time and tasted very good. Thank You.

Waste of buying in just bake they r not providing a company bag they r charging a amount for local bags worst service ever I saw some other branches they r providing company bags but this branch worst service not providing candle also better to buy in AMMAS AND CHEFF BAKERS if we have options to provide 0 star I would prefer that oly

Stupid company. We ordered cake for a birthday party. Ordered at 2:00 PM. Delivery time given as 7:30 to 9:30 PM. 7:30 PM they are calling and telling the flavor which we ordered is not available and I ordered it for someone who needs to makes this as a surprise. When I asked it is available in other branch just bake and it is available in around 4 shops. And telling like I need to go and pick from there which is too far for me. This order is made on online and only from Yelahanka branch they will deliver it. And that branch only have pineapple flavor. Finally I had to cancel and run around for a cake. They are not bothered, think how painful the situation will be. U are making others fool with your brand value. Never going to trust.

I had ordered 10 cupcakes, 8 red velvet and 2 chocolate. and a half kg strawberry cake.the cupcakes were amazing we loved it! and the strawberry cake was also very nice. it was a wonderful experience. the two staff gave me every details and were really co operative. the staff are extremely sweet and co operative. and the cupcakes were absolutely delicious that too even for a reasonable price. it was an amazing experience.thank you so much!

Hello Everyone,I want to share my experience with you all so that you know before ordering online from Just bake.. I ordered for a cake online on 1st of August. I received a call from Vidyaranyapura Branch and they told me the flavor I ordered is not available. I was not interested in other flavors so he canceled the order and told me refund will be processed. But its been more than 7 days since cancelation I didnt get any update. I am tired of calling them up every day and when we call and select the option to speak to customer care it just disconnects. I have been emailing them and sending WhatsApp messages and they keep saying they are processing refund. They have worst customer support and no professionalism whatsoever. I will never ever order the cake from Just Bake based on the worst experience. I hope everyone comes to know about this and avoid ordering it online. Better to order directly from a store.

The cake is good .. but the availability is terrible ... they know the public favourites but dont keep them in stock.. they are not willing to cut whole cakes even if you are going to buy more than half of it ... as a result u can see the cake but you cant buy it unless you buy the whole thing ... who buys the entire cake unless there is a birthday or an occasion ... staff have no business sense... service is terrible ... the cakes on the other hand are delicious but the last time I bought a whole cake was for a birthday 😑... the past two visits they had my fav flavour but refused to cut it. . Dont know if its worth regular visits .

Good quality cakes are available for birthday and other parties. You can also buy a portion of cake instead of full cake.

We have credited them money for the cake but they(employee hema karumbaiah) are like they dint receive the money and they cant send the cake....we have sent them the screenshot of the credit and we have confirmed from the bank its credited....but they are cheating !! Just bake yelahanka truly sucks !
