Zoom car is basically a self driven car business which is driven by a non indian resident Mr. Greg Moran.Without knowing Indians and Indian market it is difficult to operate the system and manage the business here.People who manages here, I mean those who give & take cars must be some polite and hospital but I had a very bad experience from them.Guys better not to choose zoom cars from Jayanagar branch. They dont give parking for your two wheelers or not even your bicycles.

Please dont book any cars form Zoomcar service provider. Very poor service. Shabby car condition. Zoomcar is the pathetic service provider. Dont book any car from them. Their customer care staff is the poorest. Firstly, their policy talks about good car condition with fuel and u make payment thinking u will get a reasonably comfortable car but whoops u get a shock seeing a miserable car standing with no brakes and fuel. Car is very very dirty. Neither refund is made for serving u so badly. Bloody theives.ZOOMCAR IS THE WORST!!!

They have the worst customer care service and policy.I booked the Car for 7:30 PM to 12:00 AM @ Rs. 2500, but for some reason the booking happened up to 8 AM only (I dont know whos fault was that, may be I was careless).So I got the call from Zoomcar at 9 AM, but I was far, so I could only makeup till 12 PM, the time I intended for.I contacted customer care regarding this, but they told me they cant do anything, its the policy and all. and his tone was very rude. and their customer line is busy all the time and the automated answering system will ask you too many questions and youve very low changes of making the successful calls.Let me tell you about the policy, they are charging Rs.500/hr for 1st two hours, and Rs 750/hr for next two hours, and Rs.1000/hr after that.and top of that, they are taking late fees Rs. 600 in addition to late charges. Their policy doesnt make sense. Its like they are taking opportunities to rip off customers.So I ended up paying Rs. 3160 more which was more than the booking cost Rs 2450.Beware guys before taking Zoomcar.

Booked an SUV for the weekend by paying Rs.10290. Unfortunately my handwritten but VALUD Karnataka licence is not valid for Zoomcar. Well, I cancelled hoping to get the money back. But guess what! I got HALF the amount back Rs.5145. The rest....swallowed by Zoomcar. Great business model Zoomcar!!!

I wish they had negative rating. I had the horrible or worse you can say after hiring this. Car broke down in the evening just after driving 35kms. We kept calling the customer care for help. They sent towing vehicle at 10PM. But they never sent any vehicle to pick us up or gave a spare car so that we can drive somewhere safe. We had 3 women in our group we were worried for their saftey. No taxi or cab were ready to come as it was deserted area and it was night. When we asked towing people help they said they can only drive us to servicing center. So we had to take police help to reach some place safe. Then we struggled to find a place to stay all the hotels were booked. I still get chilling experience when I remember that night. Zoom is just horrible horrible horrible

Car never gets delivered to promised place and price shown on the website never matches the final price . all hidden costs and they try to put blame of pre-existing dents on unsuspecting customers. pathetic. if hertz comes to India these people can spin on it . all in all these people are trying to take advantage of the existing indian market by cheating customers.

Hello, Firstly Iam an NRI...!! For the first time I wanted to use your services but you guys gave me a hard time to pick up the car since you were not approving my driving licence...!! I wasted more than 2 hours and the worst part was making my family wait and get inconvenienced..! This was not the service which I expected from the reputed company...!! Even though I got the vehicle later...!! Please work on this part as most of the customers rely on your company especially when it comes to self drive cars...!! Even though I was upset so much that at a point I was thinking to rent a different car from another company...!! Anyways, My advice for your company would be to maintain your fleets and have a regular check and with most importantly cleanliness...!! Would also ask not to make people wait and waste their precious time...!! I would recommend your company as you have some of the best staff...!! Thank you...!!

Worst service i ever had. I booked a car with there app and gave the pickup location as whitefield, in payment page i cross checked every thing and i paid the amount. After the payement i got a message regarding the pickup, that i need to go to hossur(anekkal) to get the car ,which is a 1.5hrs travvel from my place and i asked for a refund. The customer service was very poor, they said to me you will get half amount u paid as refund if u cancel it within two minutes and i went there and get the car... After drop at the same place, they asked for another 2500 for wash cost and damage cost, but actually there was no damage.

So we have booked a Zoomcar rental for a trip to Madhugiri from Bangalore. We used the Zoomcar mobile app to make the booking and so at the time of the booking we had to pay the entire amount (Rs 5000). After we had made the booking, we happened to see a lot of negative reviews about Zoomcar online -which naturally made us worried. While going to pickup the car, we were concerned and asked the Zoomcar executive (Rajesh) about these reviews. He assured that its not their fault and blamed it on the previous customers. We took videos and pictures of the car before taking it out of their garage in Garuda Swagath Mall’s parking lot. We found a dent on the car and informed that to the executive. He acknowledged it and we took the car. On the way, a two-wheeler made a tiny scratch on the back bumper of the car. We returned the car, right on the agreed time and we were asked to pay 1000 Rs for the scratch. We did. NOW, this is when the actual problem starts. The new executive notices the DENT and blames it on us. We said that this was before we took the car- he was not willing to listen. We showed him the video- we even showed him a screenshot from the video (brightened up) and he didn’t accept it. He was very rude and was repeating that we did make the dent! We were left with no other option than to pay the damage (3500 Rs). Once after the payment was made, the guy was asking us to contact customer care ! HOW Convenient right? Such an elaborate scam. The guy was saying he parked the car at 2pm on the pickup date and the dent wasn’t there. But when we were at 3PM, the car wasn’t even there. Something must have happened during that time and they found it convenient to blame it on us! We are filing a customer complaint but we are pretty sure that people who are capable to pull off such a scam in bright day light- wouldn’t give us a solution. So letting others know before someone else falls prey for this. Do trust the negative reviews- Do not trust Zoomcar. Attaching the picture , we took before the pickup where you can clearly see the dent.

I had booked a car on Saturday night, and the pickup point was in electronic city, when I reached the pickup location I could not find any ZoomCar representative or the car. I tried calling your customer service but there were technical glitches with it and it was not accepting any inputs. After struggling with it for half an hour I finally get through the customer care and he tells that there is no car available (after making me wait for another 15 minutes) and that hell try to arrange a car for me and call back. And till this day I havent received any call from ZoomCar! I mean is this your sick idea of harassing your loyal customers? If you dont have a car why do you accept booking and you should also send a representatives direct number! The whole experience was so frustrating! Imagine you waiting in a middle of nowhere and no one from the company is responding to you when its really your fault.

I booked car for 2 days and already paid. I am trying call center number for some query but Call center is not working at all. i tried to call minimum 10 times. everytime it say you are caller number 5 please wait. how it possible to be caller number 5 every time. They do not have any other way of communication. in emergency you will stuck for sure.

They give us an old car , thank God it didnt breakdown in the middle of the journey 🙄Because of this we have to drive slow and we came late one hour and the charged extra 1600rsSo finally our bill for a 70000km done swift car for 3 days become 24000rsZoom car is very expensive 😥😥Never ever will book a zoom car again
