17 fake five star reviews wow. They should take care of the website, phone number properly..Would appreciate a seating area in the hanger so that we dont have to wait long term.. empathy and customer service are not so great.

Extremely pathetic experience. Very unprofessional people. Please don’t even try. We have been thr standing for almost 5 hr for paragliding. Finally we came back without even doing the ride. As kids were with us and they not even had a break fast, so finally we left at 2pmDon’t even try them

-Pathetic and one of the Worst Experience-Very Unstructured-Team is very less experienced in handling more than 2 people in a group-No Customer empathy (if you are waiting, you will have to wait, nobody will even come and talk to you. You need to go and enquire every 10 minutes as to what is the status.)-Had prior booking, still had to wait for 3+ hours-If going with kids, please take water and food for them as the GetAwayNow team does not have a basic understanding as to what kids go through if they have to wait for so long hours. For them the situation is normal.-The contact person is Akshay and while speaking to him on call or communicating on Whats App, ensure the call is recorded and chat is documented as he has a habit of forgetting what he spoke.

Akshay is too good...He took us to maximum height..We could see almost whole Hebbal...Akshay the way he speaks is so polite...Listen to his instructions and he will take you to sky...

Parasailing activity organized by the Getawaynow is good..Time management is Good..The experience is very good.. Everyone should enjoy this...

I booked the ride on Dec 4 for couple and paid 5000 in online. When I went to jakkur no one is available there. They said no rides are there today. When I called Akshay, he said sorry we refund your amount. After that I asked many times in whats app and by call for my refund but he has not yet done my refund 3 months completed

- The people are very roude specialy Akshay.- the most mismanaged no empathy.- And the staff is sooooo roude that they dont even talk properly and no sense of talking to people.-they dont even give chances to people who are waiting for the hole day.- wort experience...

PLEASE DON’T GOTHE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Akshay and his Supervisor are the worst of a person- If you are going with kids ensure you have food and water as th wait will be more the. 5 hours. Post the wait it is not sure if you will get the chance.- Akshay will keep you in wait for ages and will make you stand inthe sun without any empathy- Akshay and his supervisor are worst in managing the queue- Akshay and his Supervisor will run away once you try to confront them- For the first time I have seen a person from who is Ex Airforce and is rude and runs away from responsibility- Thia place is money menting place without empathy to people who have come for experience- Get Away Now will take money in advance and will make you wait for 5 to 6 hours and Akshay and his Supervisor has the audacity to say that your money cannot be refunded come back next weekend- ENSURE THAT YOU ARE NOT PAYING IN ADVANCE as you will never get it back- the most unprofessional and the most mismanaged peopleThis is a humble request to all please take care and don’t be prey to people like Akshay and his Supervisor kind of people

UNPROFESSIONAL, Don’t value your timeBooked our slot for 8:30 am. After 2.5 hrs wait we were still waiting for our turn. Very bad service. AKSHAY who takes care of booking Overbooked and a few others were upset and left after a long wait. Slot time does not mean anything.

When it comes to adventure I would suggest this for all I just loved it
