Dont take membership in this spa! If the membership time period gets over, they dont extend it so that you can use all the therapy hours left in the package. They use tricks like: pay for another round of membership, then we ADD the balance of therapy hours from the last one.Using unethical business practices is their philosophy.Also, there is NO consistency in the therapists line of treatment. It is like a LOTTERY ticket-if you are lucky, the therapist allotted may turn out to be GOOD at her craft.Overall, this spa can be safely AVOIDED!

Worst spa ever!! The masseuse was rude n unprofessional Extremely terrible massage, would never recommend to all. If you want to spend more and get the worst massage then this is the place, its beyond words to explain how bad their massages are. Thai Therapist asking for a money for good service. and after paying 8000. worst experience and bad service.waste of money 100%. I had a severe pain while taking massage. Next day I had swelling in my left hand. I am having severe pain. Please dont go to this type of massage parlour.

I went today for full body massage and took Swedish massage instead of relaxation got a pains by paying 2000, not even worth for RS. 100, please do not go there instead look for something good thai spa. Therapist asking for a money and if you pay then you will get good service but I rejected so they rejected to do a service, and even they started service 10 minutes late and ended before timing also they took 10 minutes during dress change so totally 💯% money waste service SO PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE

Wish I could give them zero stars. Booked a Swedish massage (60 minutes) for me & my wife for today along with a shower.We reached there on time and they asked us to sign some form and deposit our mobile phones.A lady first came and gave a foot wash to both of us and then guided us towards the room where they would be giving us the Swedish massage.The lady who was designated to give a massage to me was looking disinterested from the time she came out to give me the massage. While giving the massage both of them kept on giggling & talking to each other which was disturbing for the both of us.To our shock they ended the massage very very early then the set time of 60 minutes. No foot/leg massage done, no proper hand massage given. For me it was 35 minutes flat & for my wife it was 40 minutes. The massage started at 12.55 Pm and ended at 1.30 Pm & 1.35 Pm respectively. Technically we should have got out of the spa at 2 pm but at 2 pm we had already started to our home! Horrible & terrible would not do justice to their poor service. They need to be boycotted totally as you have many better options. After we complained they offered us to take a massage again for the left time, seriously? One has already taken a shower, the mood is no more the same and they expect us to take a massage again!Worst experience. These people simply strip you of your money. Avoid this and look around for better options.

Its a good place, but I did not like it. Its like you are in mars, completely red. Therefore, when leaving your face and mind also would be red. I was asked to submit my mobile phone, sign a declaration that I will not speak anything sexual in nature. This is not a good beginning.Even the lights are red, except for bathroom. So the big question is their cleanliness and hygiene, because everything , is red you will not notice anything that would worry or alarm you.I will never visit this spa again. I decided to try Ruan spa for a change and was surprised to see that the traditional Thai massage was completely different in a very very good way. I have read all the reviews and people complain about after pain !! Every massage causes pain later because of our stiff bodies !! The only thing I did not like was not honoring the time. Therapist finished 10 min early and expected a tip to continue the massage, not good!

I had gone day before yesterday on 23/12/2017. The Therapist is very rude and she doesnt know how to make massage properly. She is making it in a agressive way. I had a severe pain while taking massage. Next day I had swelling in my left hand. I am having severe pain. Please dont go to this type of massage parlour. Our traditional massage is good. Already I have taken 4 to 5 massages in other spas. But I didnt face any problem in other places. They dont know how to do the thai massage.
