This Bank is a big fraud bank where today morning they have deducted 5,276 and 2 days back they have deducted 500 and when i go to the bank and asked for why is it deducting so much of money from my account the bank staff informed its because of the cheque bounce charges, when i asked the staff for the proof of which month charges are you people deducting and the bank staff did not give me a proper response.Alert>>>>!!!!!!!!!So please guys be aware of this bank Kotak Mahindra do not apply any loan on this bank there are gonna steal all your money and tell you its because of the cheque bounce charges. i am not even willing to give one star but there is no other option

Kotak Mahindra Online Banking made it very easy to carry the bank work.This branch is very neat and clean. Hands are Sanitized as soon as we enter the branch. The bank is not too crowded. Work is done quickly. Staffs are polite and coorporative.With the help of netbanking we can do almost all the work at home, without visiting the bank and running from one centre to another.But the worst part is the parking. There is not enough parking space. Sometimes the traffic cops take away your vehicles for not parking properly.
One off the worst branch hv come across ,all flase promises are given .Staffs lack customer acume .Branch staff should be awarded for the haressment they are masters in thatThey never pick up callsThey are not botheredMany more will cover in detailAppreciate if any one senior personal RM/BM can call

Most irresponsible and worst banking service i have ever been through. No proper customer service, only if they call we have to respond, there is no way you can reach a bank member for your concern. The team is most harassing and use vulgar language while speaking to customers. No professionalism at all. Fake people are utilizing companys letterhead and misusing. Never go for kotak for any of your banking service. A person calls up and ask me to pay 1700 to him to make sure i wont get any further calls from kotak. Is this how a nationalized bank work? I would prefer providing negative rating inevitably i have to give 1
Sometimes printer doesnt work, sometimes staff dont know anything. Dont visit. Very bad experience. Opt for other banks for accounts.
Last 4 year was Im using kotak bank account now I have 1 problem they didnt helping me they directly told call to customer care then why I should go to my branch? Then I was speaking to customer service girl that time another guy was told me directly go out side when we will call you that time only come to inside that customer service girl only call me to inside but another guy told like this Im very sad that movementsNow Im blocking my account thanks...
Kotak bank customer service numbers are a joke. Every number you call its an invalid number. Google maps are not updated accordingly. Poor service from the bank.

Worst branch of kotak Mahindra Bank. Imagine the bank could not set right a printer to process demand drafts. Claims to have 10,000 branches all over India. God only should save the poor customers of this bank. I have decided to close all my accounts with this bank.

Staff was good, but the process to open a new account took over 45 days. Had to give request to Close ( Unopened) account. Hopefully that wont take 45+ days.

If you would like to do any transaction with this bank, please go to the branch and do it, never ever rely on their agents. Had a very bad experience, the agent has collected the necessary documents and no follow ups further. If you call up the branch theyll always ask you to go there.
This bank has moved to a new location on the nearby 80 feet road from the New Thippasandra main road location. Please note that the location shown on Google maps is the old one and ask locals for directions if you visit.Staff are kind and service is fast during noon hours. 4 stars.
