Everything is perfect the only con I want to share here is no body talks Kannada. All we have to to is either talk in English or Hindi or tamil. It will be much more better if some people who understands and talk Kannada.Everything was neat and perfect.

As usual, there was no channel working. Even after complaining, it took more than 45 minutes to respond. There was no dining table in the room. Its a common-sense that how the person will have his meal. There was tea bags in the room but no sugar sachet. We booked for couple but there was only one towel. Even room wasnt clean properly and there was lots of hair found on the floor. The hotel is so nice due to location, size of the room but management are not seems to be care about guests services. This is my 5th booking with them every time I am facing the similar problems and theres no improvement in this hotel.

From the Entry time...no luggage pick up..stinky Lift..unclean varandha and corridor . Poor food quality. The Reception Guys are good. I wont recommend this place for somebody

Rooms are excellent & more spacious but lacking of staff support. Cable were not recharge so tv wasnt working. They have coffee machine but when asked they said its not working. Their normal coffee was pathetic in taste and surprisingly asked for cookies but they said we dont serve. Elevator never worked, I visited twice but everytime it wasnt working. staffs response is not upto the mark & looks lacking of training. Management should look into it otherwise hotel is excellent and location is also very good. Definitely will recommend others to stay here

Also the staffs are behaving too rude. still now I dont have any idea how this hotel got 3 star rating. this hotel should not even get even even 1 star rating. this is the worst hotel where I never had experienced this much bad experience. receptionist gave me already occupied rooms key.

Properly is fantastic but maintenance is very poor. Lift is not working and doors are noisy. Television did not worked till our 4 days in the property. No tissue papers in Toilet. If you ask servant to clean the room and went off you can find your room open once you come back. Ekey is expiring daily, you need to activate daily any more small small management related issues..Hope all these are sorted till our next visit.

This hotel is not good. MD Vinod Reddy and gm susmita raddy ... dont have Manners ...they r didnt given staff salary so I request to everyone dont go there.....they r playing with you but they didnt given 1 single rupees salary.... end of the day GM susmita Reddy say this dialog I didnt given 1 rupees salary any one want to go please go.....they r doing this like behabeare starting times say......

Great location, highway touch. Polite staff & prompt service. Clean & hygienic rooms. Only complain is that such good hotel rooms and such dirty buckets kept in the bathroom. It wont cost much to replace but it leaves a very bad impression on the guest.

Hotel food is poor to average with over rated price5. Reception people doesn’t know how to swipe a credit card.6. Have to get the Key card scanned every day.7. Sometimes complimentary breakfast buffet is too late than 9am in the morning.8. Not flexible with check out times. Checkout is fixed at 11:00am to a maximum at 12:00pmOverall, I recommend it, if your single and not particular about the small details I mentioned.it’s best around Chandapura area for emergency work stay... Not for people who comes for sight seeing or newly married couples.

Dish was not working due to the not charging of the same. I ordered coffee but as usual it was pathetic, ask for cookies which they dont serve in their menu. They have coffee machine but the receptionist told me its bought long time ago but now its not working. Bar menu 30 ml is 70 whereas Large peg (60 ml) is 140/-. This mistake they have made on all the hard drinks items. The large peg price should not be the double of the small peg price. If 30 ml is 70/- then 60ml should be around 120/- only. Then only a person will think of buying the large peg instead of the small peg. Most of the time their elevator is not working but when asked the staff I never got any proper reply. Property is very good but needs some improvement in terms of the staff training.

In the restaurant guests are drinking alcohol in front of kids and family. Receptionist gave the the already occupied rooms key. after I opened the room there was a person drinking alcohol. How come the receptionist can give the already occupied rooms key.

We were looking the hotels little outside/avoid crowded area from Bangalore due to covid suitation. anyway theres no lockdowns,even though we juz panic on covid in BLR. so we decided to book this hotel(its located in BLR to Hosur highway, and good reviews).room was very good,spacious, excellent staffs.these are the positive things I faced.television is not working due to not recharged.we informed almost 10 times and they told theyll recharge/activate.but till checkout its not done,this is the one concern we faced.and food also okay, felt it should be little more spicy(briyani).other wise everything is good. my rating is 4.8(excluded 0.2 for that TV) overall its good to stay and suggest the same.

Really I have never met this type of worst hotel. Today I have attended a meeting in this hotel banquet there is no ventellation in the hotel either in the lobby or in the banquet hall. And also rest rooms really worst. In these type of cases Corona can easily spread

One of the best hotel to stay if you are visiting mazumdar shah hospital, every thing is good. You will feel confused whether you are in karnataka or tamil nadu. All staff are from tamil nadu, some do not know english and hindi, so very difficult to have conversation with staff. Parking is not available from the hotel.

Worst service ,no lift service , untidy , stinking and dirty bathrooms unchanged bedsheets , wat els can be better ..

Eventhough Hotels are at huge loss nowadays, they tried to serve better. Stayed here for three days. Good thing about my stay is i got hot water 24hrs. Bad thing is dish was not recharged.

Its okay for a one night stay. We stayed there for hardly hours and the room was fine but the bed and sheets was very used and was not fresh at all. But we dont have any other go since we had a baby and we got to start early the next day.

Stay was just fantastic. Room was clean and furnishing was classy as per the rating of property. Food was great. Staff was supportive and polite. Only Cons is getting a cab (Ola/Uber/Auto) from there is bit difficult as in frequency is less. rest all perfect ! must recommended for Narayana Hospital Visitors or Business travellers.

Value for money. restaurant at night seems like a bar. we as a family preferred to take dinner from the room. food was tasty. TV wasnt working. it was set up on call but the other room never worked. the service people seemed to be handling too many things and show shortage of man power. But we liked the room and the ambience.

Stayed here for two days. Good hotel with transportation accessibility. The breakfast and dinner is also good. Hotel is located near Neraluru Attibele area. Room is with AC, TV, WiFi facility. Rooms are clean and tidy.

The food is too expensive quantity is very less food is terrible not worth for free...rooms are good hygiene is very poor.

The hotel has got good ambience for both families and youngsters. Menu has got vast options in vegetarian and non vegetarian category. Even the dessert part is really nice. Its a bar attached hotel. Television is also there. Service will take a lil time but the food is really nice and tasty. Stuffed kulcha is a must take. The place is really clean and the staff are really helpful.

It was a pleasant surprise because you tend to assume that hotel management is blind to such reviews.Mr Venkat was very polite and courteous and assured me that corrective action was being taken on all the points that I had listed and even offered explanations for a few issues, while conveying clearly that this was in no way a justification for the same. He mentioned that he would put in some work on the employees training, and that he was going to address this in a staff meeting in a day.I wish all hotels had this kind of a positive outlook towards customer satisfaction. Would love to stay here again sometime.Original review:The rooms were decent, but the service was slow and at times bad. TV was present but almost all of the channels were not paid for. It was frustrating hunting for channels that were a part of the current subscription.The hotel has a rule that outside food or drinks werent allowed, and that we have to order from their own restaurant if we wanted food, or go out. Travellers without their own vehicle will be restricted to the in-house restaurant.A simple room service - food menu took 1.5 hours to arrive when asked for over the phone.WiFi is non existent, youll find multiple networks but none will work.The waiters here look uninterested in serving. Asking for a glass, an extra spoon or even ketchup required begging multiple waiters for them.The food was bland at best. I read other reviews and was looking forward to eating here, I was disappointed.

I had been to the party hall for an occasion. It was spacious and well maintained accommodating around 300 people. The dining area was also spacious (may be because it was a buffet). There is ample parking but the place was all muddy due to rain. The food was really good.

Today I visited this hotel. The starter were served as cold and fry material in it were burned. We had to return it. Then in the main course, Roti were served again burned and cold. We were getting late so didnt have patient to say again to return. We just managed to eat. The big surprise was when I saw the bill, they are charging 6% Service charge. When I asked manager, he was very rude in dealing this issue. I have been going to this place but this was my pathetic experience. I hope, they will improve the service and dont cheat customers else this hotel will also close in few years like other. I am not sure when I will visit this place again because of todays experience.

The ambience was very good and indeed the best one in the outskirts of Bangalore. The taste of the food was really excellent and the staff was very friendly towards the customer. I recommend to stay in the room which is really good and to taste the best food .
