Most trustable payment gateway... safest method ever. I had paid through cashfree for a service to a merchant but the firm did not respond being a fraud practioner. I requested to refund stating the details of the transaction ID from the UPI to the cashfree support email... Cashfree refunded within a month... so go for it!!!

I already raise request for my refund but no postive reply form them .If cashfree is not capable to provide refund why they keep such fraud vendors on his payment gateway.worst services and totally unsatisfied.

Beware of Cashfree Payment Gateway and their random merchant/ bogus names during transaction !!This seems to be a recurring issue which has been reported by multiple customers even in their grievance portal !!When tried to place order with a well-known retailer and proceeded with payment via Cashfree Gateway, payment was done to a different random merchant. Transaction was successful, money was transferred to that different merchant. But the actual merchant didnt receive any money and no order was placed. I lost my money and no refund was initiated!When contacted Cashfree , they didnt take any responsibility of this issue and kept redirecting to the merchants!Update: Post this, I was again contacted by Cashfree and a refund was initiated. I received the amount successfully. Thanks to Cashfree team for their support.

Very slow in verification its been more than a week. Cashfree need to remember there are many alternative company like razorpay, if you are taking this as a gateway you need to wait for long time.

Initially it was quite vague reply to which I consider because of WFH or some other technical issues but later Siddharth & Shaheen, two of the executives from Cashfree Care took it very patiently and nicely.My issues are resolved and Im assured of a flawless service & support going forward. Please dont open any account with them. Theyll try to lure you by making false promises about quick settlements and credit card integration but once you start getting money they will refuse to reply at all. They dont provide credit card integration nor do they do any settlements, please dont get fooled. Please go for razorpay than cashfree. Its been 25 days, I havent got my OWN money from back.

This is a fraud company and support fraud companys like zopnow.in. They tell they dont have direct contact number to there customer care number. The other important thing is they dont have the merchant number but they still continue to do business with them and there are several fraud things have been reported but still they dont provide the merchant number. The response I got from them against my complain is as follows. Since we were unable to establish contact and resolve this issue, we have taken legal recourse with the merchant. This is a Merchant review, Not a Customer Review -Looks like a fraud company. Used it as payment gateway for my e-commerce application. They are not doing settlement for a while now. Keeps asking for this detail that detail... some rubbish questions. If you answer all.. then they will request from start. Btw takes more than 24hrs to just reply to an email.I have proofs for all my comments above.

Scammed by one of the merchants who use the payment gateway. Based on the reviews I think most of the merchants are fraudulent. Contemplating legal action against the company and the merchant.

Most painful customer service they will keep on asking details but dont settle your transaction easily. For first transaction settlement its been already 1 and half month and I have not received payment yet.

This company ties up with Fraud organization and collects money and later they will deny without refund stating, we have to contact the merchant, without any proper back ground verification, they give their product to online fraud organizations like SPICESHOP.CO.IN and take commission from them.
