One of the worst service I ever seen I paid for Jio Fiber and DTH connection after waiting for 48hrs no coming for installation and even no marketing team as well as manager responding with calls. If I call with different then they are picking and giving silly reasonsActually my rating is minus 5 but there is no option so I given 1 star

The shop is small and its hard to notice but if you climb the stairs, youll find it on the rightmost corner.The reason Im giving it 4 stars instead of 5, is because the ventilation is a problem and even though theres an air-conditioner, its not working. Also, the glass walls need scrubbing.Besides this, everything is nice here. The woman at the desk was very helpful and patient. And the furniture is comfy.

Jio takes your money very quickly but gives you defective products. No refunds. Complicated repair / replacement process. Service centers remotely located and difficult to find. You need to take a day off as service centers are very slow. Nobody available to help. It took one hour to replace the defective product.

Pathetic service. They took the amount for the new connection and cancelled it on their own without intimation. They expect the customer to come to the store each time to get the issues sorted. No one answers the call. Completely disgusting

They service jio mobiles, hotspots, jio routers etc.This is a jio service center only.Service is done in 10 to 45 minutes.

Great service. I contacted service center for speaker issue. They repaired it in 1 hour and returned my mobile in single visit only. Want these kind of services in service center of every brand. So that customer can save his valuable time.

The worst ever customer receiving employees I have ever seen. I cant even rate it. That too from network issue department I had some queries but they were like I am not at all responsible for your issue. Jio sim doesn’t work with iPhone 5s but I don’t know about that buy 2 guys from network issue people were like we are not responsible for this, but I don’t want to mention there name. Then who is reponsible for this. One of the worst worst ever service I have seen till now.

Mediocre service

Jio has office on two floors. Once you enter you would have a quite Indian kind of atmosphere where the Jio officials are sitting on the other side of a long table and the customers this side. I think it would be better for them to introduce HELPDESK and start a professional way of helping customers.
