Last month, having visited a host of other showrooms on Mysore Road stretch, we casually walked into the Blue Hyundai showroom quite late on a Sunday evening. Unprofessional and unethical. Bought my i10 from them 8 years ago when they made a false promise and didnt deliver. Didnt go to them for service afterwards. Unfortunately, decided to try them again for my Venue three months back. After repeated assurances to deliver my vehicle after a three month waiting period, they went back on their word at the nth moment, telling us stories of supply issues from the factory. Advaith is givong us the same vehicle in a week now. Folowing up multiple times for my booking amount refund for over a week now. Liars at all levels and absolutely no seriousness about customer service. Have been a Hyundai buyer for over 20 years now. Never saw such shabby service. If you want to buy Hyundai, stick to Advaith or Trident. Shall file a complaint of fraud if i dont receive my refund in 1-2 days.

Blue Hyundai, sales executives are not educated about the Crash testing of the vehicles, and not aware of the safety rating for the vehicles, they will misguide the customers by showing the other spec (other geography or other countries) crash tested vehicles are the same vehicles which is available in India, They didnt know the differences between the Indian spec manufactured vehicles and other spec manufactured vehicles, Very pathetic situation.Hyundai hasnt crash tested any vehicle which is manufactured in India and manufactured for India, Global NCAP crash tested all vehicles, have scored very low rated or zero rating, very disappointing matter, and Hyundai is making safety compromised cars for Indian market and not for other geography regions.After spending so much amount of money, still not in a confidence to travel in good safety rated car.When I visited to enquire about the i10 car, I asked the executive about the safety rating of the car, and he is answered with so much of leg room, head room, available, and he is showing the Euro spec i10 crash tested results in the google.Safety car buyers need to check for the authenticity and safety rating of the car you are purchasing, its always safety of you and your family is important.
