Best ever courier services, hats off to the person(Hiseena) working there with sincerity and dedicated to the clients

First I called them to enquire is the shop open and is it possible to send a courier to Chikkamagalur by Monday. They said Sunday delivery is closed and Monday definitely posible and shop is open you can time anytime before 12pm (lockdown restrictions). I travelled 4km reached there by 9.40am, shop was open and no one was there at shop. I waited for 20min and called the person again. He said he is coming is 5min. Finally after 1hr 20 min he showed up. To tell delivery wont be possible by monday.What the hell?1) Make me travel during lockdown2) I asked can I come now? You said yes anytime before 12.. you could have said come after 1 hr.3) I specifically asked will it be delivered before Monday. You said definitely.Awesome service. Thanks for wasting my time and making me travel for no reason.

Always we need to go their to collect, they will not deliver to door step, such a worst service.Even 1 star is waste such arrogant people.
