Room is spacious and nice, it has got attached balcony, service is good, breakfast buffet is also good. The couple of things I did not like is… the entry to the hotel reception from car parking is way too long and is like mystery, direction board is not put up. As soon as we get out of the lift ( on the way to the hotel ) we have to enter in to a hall which is dark and has got stoves and utensils, it looks like a buffet area for me. Am not sure what it actually is. And then we found a door leading to a long walk way… beautifully decorated with plants but it has got strong smell of plastic coz those are plastic plants. After walk way we have to enter in to the hotel restaurant then we will find the bar then behind the bar is the hotel reception. I wish hotel reception was easily accessible as soon as we enter the building.

This hotel is by far the best one i have stayed. The stay at the hotel was comfortable and very pleasant, I use to come often before, but have lots of restrictions, Work from home and so on.....Will surely come back and stay with you guys on my next visit

No natural sunlight in any rooms. Even the balcony is indoor and opens up to the inside of a mall. Breakfast was very poor. No basic toiletries provided in the room from the start. We visited the property for 4 days while visiting family. The area was a bit far from the airport, but on the main road and accessibility was easy. Staff were very professional and attentive. Breakfast spread was good and the staff really attended to all the needs of the customers, even as many customers were over demanding to the staff. Room was very clean and the location was convenient with a mall attached for the convenience of food and shopping. Overall was a very great and relaxing stay.

Having spent almost 10 days in this hotel, experiencing two types of rooms, service and food, I am pleased to be in a position to provide a review of this place which I must say will be a base for my Bangalore visits henceforth!The place I need to visit in Bangalore is Hoskote,which, being on the city’s outskirts never had a quality Hotel. On this visit from London I was delighted to note that Holiday Inn showed up on MakeMyTrip.A 45 min Uber ride from Bangalore airport gets you to this Hotel which is attached to a mall (Orion Uptown). The ride is via country roads so you get to skip out on Bangalore’s obnoxious traffic whatever time of the day you choose to travel.The property itself being new was sparkling clean everywhere. Rooms are reasonably priced - I first tried the Queen bed suite with balcony. I did not choose the basic room as I have prior experience of Holiday inn Express basic rooms being very small. I need not attach any pictures as the property resembles the pictures shown,closely. This room is quite spacious and it is almost a studio flat as it has a separate lounge area with dining table and a kitchenette in addition to the bed area and both these areas have their own separate TV screens (for those interested). Free fast WiFi ensures that your Netflixing happens seamlessly. After a short trip outside the city, i returned to book the standard room, which to my pleasant surprise was good enough. I highly recommend joining IHG Hotels website as this will fetch you the cheapest rate ( even cheaper than MakeMyTrip).I have to commend this hotel on great equality of service. Especially Maitali in housekeeping, Sumona at the front desk and Vikash at the restaurant - their hospitality made me feel at home in this Hotel.There is a reasonably equipped gym available for access which adds to the value for money.The free breakfast comprises of both Indian and Western items prepared freshly and sets you up for the day.The quality of food is good, and some items are great as well.Which brings me to one glaring negative - the billing of food.There is 18% GST charged on food and there is also a service charge and then again an additional 18% GST on the service charge! This ends up in meals being exorbitantly expensive. I am a person who tips generously for good service and I did not feel good being charged so much tax for a service charge which is optional to begin with. The end result is a meal for two people will invariably end up costing more than one day’s room rent. The permissible level of GST is 5pc and 18% is supposed to be charged for properties that have rooms which cost more than 7500 INR/day on site. On enquiry, i was told that this property has rooms that cost more than 7500 INR/day but that’s not something one expects at a Holiday Inn Express which is supposed to be a Value for Money Property. There was no indication about the presence of rooms that cost more than 7500 INR on the website either. The last couple of days, they waived off the service charge and its taxes but the 18pc GST persisted.Charging luxury GST on a budget hotel is not good business - please note.Having said that - i will continue to stay at this hotel for all my future visits to Hoskote because the positives quite clearly outweigh the negative. The cleanliness, the courteous behaviour of staff, the ease of access to Bangalore airport - all are major plus points that add up to a relaxing stay at this property.Please look into this!

The customer service at the Hotel was top notch experience for me. Specially, Anand and Aditya Yuvaraj were extremely friendly and helpful. They deserve recognition for their outstanding customer service. The food quality and choices can be better at the Verandah restaurant.

Everything is perfect, except the car parking and it’s literally a headache. You need to park your car in the Mall and then walk all through the food court of mall and then change the lift and come to the hotel.

We first arrived in the evening at 7:30pm, and we’re little confused with the parking space as we arrived in our car! However the security guard at the main gate assisted us and later it was all fine. We then made our way to the front desk and were greeted very warmly by the courteous staff, we found the lobby very warm and slightly discomforting, on enquiring why the staff mentioned it was the protocol followed due to the pandemic which I found very silly, as we thought that the hotel should actually be turning on the air circulation in an enclosed space rather than turning off the circulation and increasing the risk of having people infected, we do understand if the circulation was off if the lobby had access to natural air but this was an enclosed lobby! The staff were very courteous all though out, upon entering the roo. To our surprise we found the room pretty large when compared to a regular holiday inn express standards, the room for modern trendy and was also adequately equipped. We found the need to request for some additional bath amenities like a soap etc which the team was speedy to provide too.Skipping a couple of hour we had hit the bed after turning the thermostat to absolutely low, and even after a good 60mins it refused to cool to a simple 24 degrees, we had a drive to start at 3am and this AC condition wasn’t helping us one bit. We soon called for engineering to help and up on checking they mentioned due to Covid norms this was being maintained, well is this really true? Or is the hotels management being smart of shutting down a few AC cooling plans (in ur words chiller plants) in order to cut costs. I wondered and thought to myself right there and then that International brands should really stop giving such reasons and should definitely stop treating their customers like IDIOTS! We definitely know selling a room at INR1600 a night is challenging but the least we expect is not to be treated like IDIOTS OR KIDS. This is where we actually thought of checking out immediately and living for another hotel even if it meant the money we paid goes to the bin, BUT the engineering was sweet enough to switch the other plant on and the room cooled in the matter of an hour. Apart from that on incident (even during which the engineering person was very very extremely polite while giving us a reason) the stay was fabulous. The hotel was new, well equipped and maintained and the best part was the staff, who were extremely warm, hospitable and respectful all the while being proactive, even the guy from engineering was a hard working person who always had a smile on this face even while facing heat from guests! My wife and I love this hotel and we wish to return sometime. By the way the sandwiches packed for us for breakfast on the go the next day were divine! We loved the softness and freshness of the bread and the crunchy ness of the veggies! Everything including the Mayo and the seasoning were in the most perfect proportions, we still think about that sandwich till date! However the morning bakeries were bad! Anyway all in all the hospitality in this hotel was more warm and definitely drives your product. We stayed at ITC Windsor and at the Leela in Bengaluru, but your hospitality was genuine and simple which was most heart warming, no fake smiles and misleading promises! Just perfect! Thanks guys!

Have been here during the weekend, the first thing that strikes me is that Staff are very courteous, including the housekeeping staff they greet with a warm heart and smile.The rooms are well designed, even with that space they have everything that we need in a hotel and the room aesthetic is so cozy, warm and inviting.Most surprisingly is that their balcony view is towards the mall but on the good side when youre bored you can just take a walk to the mall and enjoy a movie or hang around.Their food is amazingly delicious with a wide range of menu from oriental to continental and Indian, you must try their Burrata filled with pesto is my top favourite, the wild mushroom soup is a must try, the lamb and Ragi Mude is just a perfect match, the Nasi Goreng is again top notch.Love the basil lemonade which was refreshing, dont forget to try their desserts too.I will definitely come back for more, highly recommend to try their food.

Great Room Restaurant has buffet and I am shocked to know that they only offer limited quantity in starters in buffet. Main course consists of only 6 dishes. Ambience and staff are good. Taste is average. I find this place as over priced while I look for taste and range of items.

The first thought is just awesome. We loved this place from the time we stepped in. From reception to checking in to rooms to cleanliness to ambience to everything this place has a comforting feeling. This place just wows you and makes you feel pampered. You get a luxurious treatment and we just loved it. The buffet breakfast spread is just awesome and all items were very tasty. We had an awesome new year start with the stay here. All the staffs are very courteous and helpful. By design they dont have in room dining service but it would be good to have and thats the only thing we missed but just 1%. They have internally access to the shopping mall and parking. Overall an awesome stay and experience and my family loved it to the core. Thank you!!

We celebrated our son’s 3rd birthday party at holiday inn. Sagar from sales team & his staff members were amazing. Chef did wonderful job. Guest were extremely happy with overall event. It became a sweet memory in midst of pandemic year.Team took good care on safety and served guest at tables to avoid multiple touch points.I recommend you do visit them once for either meals and you will not be disappointed.Food is good and value for money.

The rooms are super clean, the staff are very polite and they take care of all the queries you have. They have a buffet breakfast which is a real good one with great ambience. Only the downside is that, the hotel is far away from the city. Also, they don’t have a valet parking available. The parking is in the mall and getting the luggage from the parking to the hotel lobby is a bit troublesome. because of which I have given 4 star. Apart from that, the hotel has everything perfect.

You guys need to upgrade your car parking. Its really bad of you guys to keep the parking somewhere in the mall. Upgrade yourself.

Since the hotel is the express stay, the rooms were really small.Some ventilation required inside the room. Overall a very comfortable experience.However some recommendation on the bed, It can be a little harder one, this bed may lead to back pain.

It’s a great place to stay for business travel especially if one has got work around Hoskote / Narasapur or Bangalore - Kolar side. The room was very bright, well equipped and clean. Since the property is adjacent to Orion Mall one can opt to try out dinner at the food court or the other options at the Mall. The staff too is very courteous. It’s a total value for the money.

Situated on OMR road, about 22km from the city center. Holiday Inn is located at the Orion Uptown mall.The rooms are compact and well designed.The restaurant is airy and has an opening towards the atrium of the mall. The open air part is called as Varandah.Due to pandemic, certain facilities like gym are closed. The contactless menu is decent but with a limited options. Buffet breakfast spread is good.Staff is courteous, hygiene standards are great and overall value for money.Due to vicinity of the mall, options for shopping and entertainment are available. PVR has a multiplex and Max, Reliance Trends n Digital are good shopping destinations. The mall has a food court on the 4th floor whereas ground floor has quick service restaurants like burgerking, taco Bell and KFC.

Very Good Hotel for a stay in all aspects. Very neat and Clean rooms . Asked for a Soda opener and whiskey Class to the room .Never got it.
