Very fast service. I went there for check-up for my life insurance. I was registered within 1 minutes. Within further 3 minutes, Blood samples were taken. In another 5 minutes, ECG and normal vitals were done. Doctor consultation took another 5 minutes. And within 15 minutes, I was out of clinicStaff is fast and efficient, and very professional. Though it is on a service road, its easy to find parking nearby

They open an 8 ish. Not really got for any diagnosis on fasting. But carefully that there are u experienced nurses too.. I got a extra hole punched in my left hand and the blood came outside the blood collect thingy. Its a bit expensive like two ppl charges for midrange diagnostic it cost u about 2k.

Visited this place as part of annual corporate health checkup. I feel.This place is usually preferred by corporates only and I didnt see any other crowd. Staff is good and follow procedures perfectly. Only issue was the availability of ultrasound probes on that day I visited had to postpone US tests. Otherwise everything was fine and smooth.

Came here for xray of my ankle. i called them before coming and for my surprise the xray department is on 1st floor and there is no lift and no wheel chair to take the injured person up. they asked me to take the stairs and go to xray room. i have fracture in my leg how can they ask me to climb stairs, which was not possible for me. extremely disappointing, cant believe doctor asking a patient with broken leg to take stairs. Hated this place.

They mixed someone elses report with mine and sent the PDF to me which stated that I dont have my right kidney. They apologized later giving all sort of explanations. This is how careless they are! (After my health check up)And then they called me for an appointment and when I arrived, they said sorry because the doctor was unavailable. This is how insensitive the staff is.When I had gone there for my health check up, I saw how lazy and careless they are. They dont even change the paper sheets after every patient. Not a proper management of queue. Most of the staff seems amateur. My interaction with the gynaecologist and the technician doing the sonography was good.Also, theres a so called Medical Examiner called Swati Kesri who has no clue whatsoever to do any sort of examination. She told me that Ayurvedic medicine has side effects, therefore I should stop taking them. When I asked her why, she refused to answer. Moreover, she was not even talking properly and giving me any sort of confidence. She was random and didnt seem like a proper doctor.Express Clinic should either pull up their socks or shur their business. Now I dont even trust the report results.

Dental service is very nice in Express Clinic Marathahalli branch. I did my scaling couple of times this year and last year. Dentist is a female and very approachable, scaling was done very nicely without any pain. I strongly recommend dental services at express clinic. When i got scaling done from other clinics they do it very fast and scars were visible but in express clinic scars are not visible after the scaling. Charges are very economical compared to the corporate hospitals and service is better than any other corporate hospitals.

Be 10 times sure before you visit this place. I went for blood tests and the staff nurse to my surprise kept inserting needle in my arms and after three attempts also she failed to find a drop of blood and started trying rotation of needle while it was inside my skin to find a vein... on questioning - answer I get is - you may not be CALM hence we are not able to find vein. - The most absurd explanation I ever heard ... on asking for medical / administrative head - answer is - person is on leave, on pushing hard - person will come at 11, on asking at - Pls confirm if the nurse is actually qualified - people managing clinic have new response - we do not know - we do not have records of her qualification as we keep them at HO, on asking for email - a promise was done to be sent by Lady doctor on shift - and that too was fake as this clinic - as no calls or emails received as I write...

The place is empty so sample collection is really fast. No waiting at all. They told they will give the reports next day but it took 2 days and 2-3 calls to get the report. When I called 3rd day they told that they have the report and will mail right away. If you have the report why dont you mail yourself without followup call.Second time I called them for GTT test which needs 75 gm glucose. They told earlier on phone that they provide glucose but on test day they told that they dont include glucose charges in GTT test charges and they cant charge for glucose separately too. So they asked me to bring my own glucose. Finally went to some other clinic for the test.

Worst service.. I had been here for fever and cold.. they dint even bother to check BP or temperature.. based on my words doctor Swati just wrote some medicine s.. which dint even work..they r treating patients for name sake.. please dont cheat people in the name of success clinics..

Visited here to check hemoglobin. They will not check properly and they will give the report with wrong values.for me simply they gave as HB is 13. We got doubt by seeing other parameters in the report. Then we went and checked with other two lab we got accurate result with other two labs, it was actually 9.

Went for right elbow xray. They have a xray department but dont take hand/elbow xrays itseems. Also their phone number always comes up as busy though their clinic is always empty. I dont know why they have a phone number mentioned here. I dont think it even works.

Visited for a annual health check-up package. Looks like they had limited staff and one sister was trying to learn on how to operate a audiometry setup during my test and along with the test..a guy who was at the reception counter initially during my visit did my eye check-up. May be he is trained at the task. I dont know.

Good Clinic friendly staff and gives good amount of care to customers. Well maintained. Tests are little costly but I felt compared to other labs and hospitals this would be one good option. Instruments used are also good.

Nothing working for this clinic from phone to site. Just waste of time.

They have got courteous staff and all the checks could be done very quickly. However, they open by 8am which could be a problem fasting tests especially for diabetics. There wont be any car parking slots available. 4 bike parking slots are available but unlikely to get during peak hours. Also, there are no good restaurants available nearby if you need to give samples after breakfast.

Dnt ever think to go iam a doctor who worked their they dnt pay our payment and ask us to write more test diagnostics very disappointed they just want to earn money very greedy no humanity shameless administrators

Good place to have the health check up done. Only missing item is the have to include some more test under master check ups. The one is there now is very basic ones. They have to be responsive on the calls

Booked a package and after going on that day, it was not informed that there is no USG available on that day. Told to come again another day and its not feasible. If something is not available, the admins should let know the customers the same in advance so that it can be planned accordingly. In the report send by them, postprandial reports are missing. This is not a professional way of dealing things.

Worst place to have your health check:-Why??They dont have professionalism to handle you. They act like damboo!!They dont have even handiplast to give you post puncturing your veins.Their equipments seems outdated. No hygiene, bad smells, no space for enough sitting.Quite bad infrastructure.Most annoying part is that they will keep you waiting and will take at least 2 days complete your health check as no doctors are there to consult.They are still far behind in process and technology to cop with present world.Sorry but this is the real truth!! Choice is yours!!

Pathetic service and have no sensitivity towards the condition of patient. Not equipped to do the medical tests with proper hygiene and staff is absolutely untrained. Clinic has no trait of being a medical services provider and make sure you dont get any infections after visiting this clinic as the staff is untrained about maintenance of medical equipments.

I had a pleasant experience. The person at the counter was very helpful, he explained the offers and provided assistance with my reports and delivered them on time. This brand in understaffed hence leading to a bit of a wait but the staff present are dilligent and work hard to make up for it. The admin should look into this.

Very quick and good procedures for the tests conducted... I had gone for corporate pre joining check and was fast and good method.

Same person is doing x-ray and eye check. Same person is doing ECG and TMT. I have been told ECG will be part of TMT and ECG was not done. Free Breakfast is included in the package but breakfast not available. I wonder why people are going here for checkup? Mostly corporate are tied up as they are doing the test in lesser price then others. Waiting time is too much as staff not come. I will be highly not recommend to anyone.

This is the worst clinic that I had ever been. The co-ordination between staff is too worse. The process is very slow, the packages they have also are not so useful.I have been their for my Moms health check up and they made us to wait for 4 hrs for 3 tests.They ask you to visit the clinic repeatedly for the reports and consultation.Never go this clinic its waste of time and money

I visited for express clinic with my wife and my wife was having high complaint of cough since 1 month went for many hospitals it was no use visited for express clinic and met dr roshan there he challenged me that give me 7 days time as he challenged me the cough has decreased and she is absolutely fine now DR.Roshan is the best doctor according to me he is having a good knowledge and well experienced and his way of speaking is just awesome and the way of speaking we were feeling like we are speaking with a friend he is friendly and his treatment and diagnosis and everything is excellent thank u dr roshan ji for your treatment .Have a bliss full future and all the best .

Its a hygienic place but dont expect punctuality from them. I had appointment at 7:30 but they opened the clinic at 8 and henceforth the entire process got delayed. Even two different doctors suggested two different diseases checked the same report.

Not a good place for your health check up if you are serious about your health. They dont have real doctor someone from their staff will pretend to be a doctor and jst recommend you to drink 5ltrs of water even if your cholesterol is high or u r overweight. Not at all value for money

Horrible place to go for any medical test.. first floor has no ventilation at all.. no Ac or no windows.. extremely suffocating.. and all the tests were so unplanned and the nurses there were so clueless didn’t know what has to be done more over there are no experienced doctors or nurses working there..would never recommend such a bad and dirty clinic to anyone

This is the worst clinic, i had medical checkup in my life. I have seen government hospital much better than this clinic. No sitting space for customer , for whole time during checkup i.e 4-5 hours i have to struggle for getting any sitting space.Staff are least bothered about customer, the person sitting on reception is same as person doing chest x-ray,ecg etc .Every time i have to beg them to done my test otherwise i think my checkup will take 8-9 hours which is hardly suppose to take 2-3 hours.First time they measured my height incorrect ,i had to argue them to measure again.From this incident, i lost my reliability for other test.They will never call or contact for the report and consultation , every time i have to call and beg them to give my report.I can never think of visiting this clinic again

Went for 2D echo.. Little tidy place not enough chairs to sit while waiting for tests.

Facility sucks as well as the service..Toilet dirty, no water ,tissue..mosquitos .. Cramped up place. Some guys who pose as trained staff actually arent e.g. Eye checkup. Staff shouting on the top of.. They wouldnt even do the test properly if they find out you are bcoz of corporate checkup

Went for blood cloating test and was confirmed results will be delivered by email.Its been a week since then didnt receive any email. No is picking up call neither on their helpline nor on direct clinics number. Pathetic experience.

Bad bad bad. They will not give report on time and will never pick phone. Makes customer wait for long. Least bothered and customers has to run behind to get things done. Moreover they will not conduct all test mentioned in the opted package and report will fewer than opted. Very unprofessional clinic better avoid if you can.

I had visited this Clinic as part of a health checkup package (not as a OPD patient)The staff was courteous and directed me to the tests which needed to be done. Not many patients in the clinic, so no queues at any time during my 3-4 hours there. One general physician and one dentist were present. Radiologist came for only 1 hour in the morning, which was a problem. General Physician and Dentist were both very good. The staff is a little slow in their pace, but they do get the work done.Overall 4/5 - If you are visting them for a general health checkup package.OPD - Cant comment

The experience is horrifying, they dont damn care about the customers, went for a blood sugar checkup, on fasting made us wait more than 1 hr. for getting registration done. Accenture guys do not go for a free checkup here offered by your company at this clinic , its very bad. The staff is least bothered. They are not organised and very slow.

Visited this clinic for a medical checkup as part of an insurance policy from HDFC. The service was good and staff cooperative. But they didn’t have power backup because of which I had to wait for close to 1 hour which was quite a waste of time.

Less people were there so took less time else it is okish daignostic center

I came on Tuesday as they suggested it would be less rush and I can finish up my checkups fast but the doctor was out and he took 20 mins to come to clinic (dr is available only between 10 to 2 ) they didnt even mailed my report. Ultrasound dr is available only between 10 to 11. Very bad experience. I had to ask for glass to have water. Bad experience.

Last Saturday(23 july 2016) we went for preventive medical check-up at Express clinic,U B Elega.My wife works at Persistent Systems(Bangalore), and the company had conducted a health checkup drive with help of the MediAssist for the well-being of their employees and family. (a great step indeed)My wife took an appointment at 8 am early Saturday (since there were some test to be taken after fasting), the appointment was taken especially for the medical checkup of me and my mother in law (age 63). While taking appointment itself it was mentioned clearly that it’s for the check-up of her husband and mother.We reached at 8 am (as per the appointment time and were the first to reach) and contacted the reception; they had her name in the list of the person who would be coming for the test, but when we told that the we came for the check-up of me and mother in law they said that they dint have any such intimation. We informed that we have been given the option of their medical clinic from MedisAssist, since they are associated as health partner for the company, they said, usually they gets the name of the people coming for the medical test from MedisAssist in mail. We were disappointed, despite doing our job, properly informing the MedisAssist consultant about the people whose medical checkup need to be conducted, now because of some miss communication between MedisAssist and Express Clinic we are in trouble. My wife who is expecting and mother a senior citizen came fasting for the medical test and we were now helpless, not knowing what to do. We asked to give the contact of the person who sent them the mail, they denied saying that they get mail from a common id. Luckily my wife had the contact no. of the person representing MedisAssist, we called him told him the situation. He in turn talked with the Person at reception and asked us to wait. The person at reception didn’t inform us about the next step. Till this time, people now started coming and there were at least 20 people in the clinic, who came for their medical checkup. We waited for some time, and then again followed up with the receptionist. He replied that he will get started, in a way that he just didn’t care. By this time the files of the people for medical test piled up and we were sitting clueless of what was the next step for us; do we need to go back and return with appointment of our own names, or he will manage and get our checkup done today itself. Finally after one and half hour of waiting empty stomach with wife expecting and aged mother in law, losing our patience we went again to him and asked to give us a proper direction, if we need to go back or not. At that point of time he said, we need to fill the registration form in a rude manner. We questioned him that we were actually the first customer in, and followed up him at least 5 to 6 times, why dint he ask us to fill the form in first place (filling the form now meant we need to wait 1 more hour empty stomach plus 30 minutes during the course of test).He just dint answer and left the place. This was actually a height; we just left the place infuriated.The place where they dint care to respond properly, where they don’t care of elderly person and an expecting woman, we felt , is not a right place for us to get our medical check-up.They don’t have the basic courtesy to respond customer.

Went there to do pre employment checkup. It took overall 4 hours for collecting blood samples and taking ECG, spirometry and to check BP. Got a dental scaling in between which was good.

I was visited for medical checkups for 4 tests and its cost is 5 hours. Was it is correct.

Not so good. Doctors are not trained properly to take blood from the veins for blood test.

Dont recommend going to this place as it is not clean and hygienic. They gave appointment but doctor did not turn up hence had to go again. No good restaurant nearby to have breakfast and come back for post prandial sugar. If you have a choice avoid this place

BEWARE !! They will make you wait at least 4 to 5 Hrs for a Scheduled appointment. Unfortunately I booked a Health-check up in the morning considering to be on time for the rest of the day, but these lazy buggers wasted my day and they made everyone wait atlest 4 hours and beyond and most of them were sugar patients, and they showed no pity on any patients, Most of them left the clinic yelling at them. They have the worst Management ,they even shout back at customers for their delay. So The Apt name for this clinic is WASTE Clinic .

Doctor is good but reception people should taker about customers

The doctors and other technicians are not present on time despite calling ahead and making appointment. A fifteen minutes procedure takes 2 hours as a result. The radiologist is a rude man who wont answer any questions and has horrible attitude.

I have visited this clinic last(31/05/2019) week and had experience with the doctor whom I meet. He was not ready to see my report and asked me do you have any doubt on your report.
