Just gave my car for servicing. The process of taking the car in was very streamlined. Shall update further once I get the delivery. (5start till now, comparing against a few delhi service centers)They have proper parking area for taking the cars in.Representative thoroughly checks the car and wraps the most touched parts like steering gear etc.Next step is to check for any thing left behind by the customer and post that they checkup each part and condition of the vehicle. Post that the estimate is handed over to you.To be continued ..

Gave my Venue for first service. I forgot to bring service manual. But still the staff was kind enough to accommodate my request. I have done Ceramic coating and PPF for my car and I was unsure how the washing is done. Service advisor Pavan assured me the car wash will be done infront of me. The car was thoroughly cleaned inside and outside infront of me. And Pavan kept checking if the job is done fine or not. Overall it was a very nice experience. Thanks to Pavan and his team.

Car wash not satisfactory. They use only dry wash. They do not clean thr car body behind the tyres and under the chasis claiming that water wash is banned. Dry or wet wash, for full paid service, car should be thoroughly cleaned even behind the tyres and under chasis. This brings doubt in ones mind if they even do the checking they are supposed to carry out for full paid service. Unsatisfactory reply too from them for my query.

They keep harassing you for getting a service done once they get your number. Every two weeks Ive to tell them Im not interested yet they keep calling and harrassing you to get a service. They just dont value their customers.

This really feels heavy to write this review, but it is for the greater benefit of the company and people.Car Issue: Severe petrol leakageReason: Petrol pipe connecting from front to the petrol tank bitten by rats.Situation: Was driving, suddenly strong petrol odor came from the AC. Turned off the AC and no smell. So I continued driving, later once I reached my apartment gate security pointed me to the heavy leakage of petrol though the bonnet. I could have died, rats cannot be stopped, I park car in a covered parking. Why Hyundai didn’t consider this most important life and safety issue. The road assistance helped and my car landed Indranagar service center.Condition of service center: An open ground where the car was completely kept unattended covered with dust.Service: The service person (not taking his name in this covid situation where people are losing jobs) informed that I need to change the pipe. No washing will be done for free, no cleaning even. The engine is sprayed with some cleaner which is charged from me. While delivery he didn’t check petrol, I have evidence of having two marks petrol as noted by the road assistance person. But while delivering the car, they went out of petrol and the same guy called me and asked Rs500 for petrol. I gave him as I needed the car most, but to my surprise when I received the car, it was still in the red mark blinking. So they have taken every drop of petrol above reserve. Never ever experienced such in any other Hyundai service center.Later he asked me to give a good rating and to forget about what happen.Invoice No : S8427G202007253

After my review regarding unsatisfactory car wash, they called me and cleaned the car , behind the tyres too and was satisfactory. The various charges for service could be cheaper.

They dont guve proper quotations ... its like veg market.. if you bargain they will reduce price... not a professional plc..

The Advaith Hyundai team reminded and booked my service well in advance.Later, given me timely reminders for the same.Also arranged pick up and drop as it is difficult to step out under covid situation.While the service was underway, they sent me pictures on Whatsapp and I got complete details from official Hyundai Whatsapp.The vehicle was delivered in brand new condition. After the vehicle was delivered, the service person sanitized the vehicle in front of me. The service person handling the vehicle was wearing protective equipment.The overall service experience is excellent.

They are just in time friends. The quality of the work is just good. Not great like other locations. I had serviced my elite i 20 in the month of June 20 and was using my vehicle 5 days in a week. The first week post service, i was getting calls from their back end for their scoring. on the 3rd of July the vehicle battery was down, luckily i was in the same lane where the Indiranagar service centre is located. They helped jump start and the service incharge Mr. Antony told that he has not checked the battery condition. What check list they follow? I wonder when their landline was out of order and service incharge providing the helpline to contact. What a shame for both of us?

Given my car for service on 25th June 2020. Had a great experience with the service. Basically I trust service engineer Mr. Jaykumar who takes care of everything. Starting from sending photos of each service the vehicle goes through to billing details he trys to keep you update. He has great knowledge of each and every parts of the car and recommends where your vehicle really need some part replacement. Had a great experience.

I was searching for a good service centre to get my Santro serviced. I stay in Yelahanka but I decided to leave it at Indiranagar Advaith Hyundai Service centre even though its far. It was picked from home ontime by Mr Singh. After which, Mr Jaykumar took over the car to coordinate and lead the entire service process. I was kept informed with videos and photos of each step in repair and it boosted my confidence in the capabilities of the centre.
