If you think this comment is from competiotor I cant help.I was not at all happy with the service and I have got my money back.Whnn you go to doctor, if he doesnt give time to talk to you, if he says everything i have given in prescription how would you feel?when you say severe headache and if he doesnt recommend any scanning but just gave you medocine. later u came to know it is tumor. how would you feel?exactly that was my situation.1. They took more time than promised2. When I wanted to purchase a plot for self use in a layout, i expect to understand if that ownership is clear, if any outstanding cases are there, if proper approvals are there, if it is ready to construct house, if any govt dues are pending etc.. But none of these were covered.3. they just summarised ownership transfer in their report4. After giving me oral confirmation that i can go ahead with sale agreement, before giving the written report5. lawyer dint give me even 5 minutes in whole 2 weeks time. Very attitude.6. Deepa who takes calls promised initially we will do these things as part of legal verification, but later Managing partner said those are not our responsibilities.Google comments gave me much details than this lawyer. I went to different lawyer for second opinion, just looking at survey numbers he mentioned Gomala land is involved in this layout and that would be risky for you.Then i understood the due diligence put by Proplex lawyer.Brij 78years old, Managing partner is so humble, professional. When he understood i am not happy, arrnaged refund.

Be aware, some employees in this company are frauds. They will post a job offer in noukri, quikr jobs, and in some other sites and when we approach about job then they will call for an interview and they will select us and after 2 days if we ask for joining date they will say that YOU ARE NOT SHORTLISTED. This is the real incident happened here, they are playing with our feelings, after the graduation we will be very happy that we got a job, but these heartless people in this company cheats us and playing with my and my family members happiness and very very unprofessional like not responding calls, blocking in whatsapp etc etc. Guys please be aware about this company.

The flat was vacant for a few years and we would visit it on and off. Eventually I vacated it and put it on rent. I tried to clear the Property Tax but the BBMP office wanted the tax at Rental Rates from the very start. Being posted outside Bengaluru further complicated things. I approached this team and explained my problem. I was able to provide a few documents supporting the fact that the flat was self occupied for the initial years. Hi,I would definitely not recommend these guys. We gave them all the details & initial amount in September 2019. Seven months later nothing had moved. Initially they wouldnt respond so we had to chase them. After that we would get standard mails giving some excuse. After a lot of follow up we were told the calculations are underway. And the calculations never came.Fed up with this lackadaisical attitude we asked them to return the the amount and stop this sham. So people please engage these guys at your risk. Personally I would have given negative rating if there was an option.

Not at all recommend to anyone. I had done my khata transfer inquiry which was pending at society level. While discussion, it was mentioned that it can done but they need to perform pre-check. For that they have charged the amount and later after 2 days, they said its not possible which I was already knowing. There is no value added in their investigation. While asking the reason, they mention Some issue / internal issue but unable to provide enough information for what they have charged for. Please be aware as for me it looks a fraud service and completely unprofessional service.
