Might be good for freshers for first one year. After that its not reccomended to stay in the company. Pathetic time management practices. You have to log every single deliverable every hour. They make you overwork and you are underpaid. Micromanagement happens on a huge scale even to the best, hardworking associates making their life miserable. Never continue working here for more than a year.Only pros are that they send goodies from time to time, but who wants such goodies when you are not getting even a little personal time to do your stuff. Even during non busy season you are pestered and life becomes frustrating.

A month ago, I had attended interview on koramangala office, unfortunately my skill doesnt meet upto their requirements,this is secondary.During interview why you people take original Govt documents this is crime. After interview I forget to collect the document,I submitted my PAN card in the reception office,Im scared because Ive collected my PAN card after 15 days, believe me from that day onwards Im getting from credit card people that too n number of calls,now one of my friend told that they may take duplicate Sim cards from that documents.im totally scared now.

Hands down the worst Six sigma training on the planet-Totally inexperienced teachers. Barely 3-4 years experience teaching green and even black belt. You atleast expect someone with 15 to 20 years inductry experience to be traching you The examples they give is about hostel life and college which tells you how pathetic the training is. No one cares for you in this training. You are dumped with this inexperienced trainer. No proper food or refreshments.One day one trainer will come and next day some other and teh new trainer doensot know what the old trainer taught. Eaach trainer worse than the other. No feedback taken at all and no publics reviews available due to which gulllible people still join this course. I want my money back please
