Ramya is my all time favourite masseuse and this was the main reason for me to be in this place to have a massage from her. I have been to this spa recently to take her massage. The spa is located in 6th block Koramangala and you need to go down the basement to reach this spa. The spa is not easily noticebale if there was no board. I opted for a swedish massage from her. The price of swedish massage for 1 hr is Rs 1500. Ramya is the only south Indian therapist there and the best one you can get from there. Remaining all therapist are from North East. Everyone is very friendly and I had a received a impeccable service from them especially the therapist Alia. She was very friendly and cheerful.The spa has got 3-4 massage rooms and it is not that spacious. Hardly one person can move around freely and it has got an ac installed in it. The bathroom is common and it is located outside the massage room .Normally they will keep music while doing massage so that you can relax yourself by listening to music as well.I opted for a swedish massage from Ramya and usual it was the best I have got. She is a massage queen and her hands moved magicallly on my body and I have got the best massage from her and that too after months. I really felt relaxed , rejuvenated and got pampered very much in her massage . Thank you so much Ramya for your magical massage. Your massage is the best !!! I would be definitely come back again to get your massage as yours is the best one I have received so far. !!! I would be missing your massage very badly ☹️☹️

Very bad owner and disrespectful

Very worst place for massage in this surrounding area. Those girls are cheating. First time they given very nice welcome and did good muscle relaxation massages. Then they asked me to take packages which cost 5k for 5 times 1 hour massages. But after taken the packages they are looking at me like if i asked to give free service. There is a girl name Shmitha she is the one asked me to get the packages and told me i will get every time 1 hour massages. But when i went there Shmitha was doung only for 30 mins also not good massages. She is asking money from me if i want good massages. She is asking me to pay more money. The second time i asked the receptionist her name Riya to change the person because her attitude and behaviour is not good and not doing properly massages and giving only for 30 mins also asking money. But that girl Riya is saying he cannot change the person i have to take the massage with Shmitha only. Then i was fighting with her and i told her that i want to talk to the owner. But they are not giving the owner name. Then she said she will send new person but that girl is just joined in their and dont have not even single experience. She came and just applied the cream and told me massage over. I asked her whether you know how to do massages she said she dont know i am her first client. Then i asked the Riya that receptionist she said she cannot change new person and she will cancel the packages without giving money. So that last one was totally waste of money. All this packages 3 times massage was cheated by Shmitha and Riya. Finally i was fighting with them and got new person her name was Susey she is the one is good experienced and giving proper relaxation massages. But only because of Susey we cannot go there because all the girl attitude was not good. Always expecting more money otherwise they will not do good massage. Its better you can find out some good massage parlour if you want muscle relaxations. Incase if you went there dont take massage with Shmitha and Riya (receptionist). Both girls are cheating and rude behaviour with customer. I paid money i wont get it back thats the reason i just going there and completed my massages. But 4 times its totally waste of money and last two with Susey its ok. Even those girls are not even speaking English or Kannada. Receptionist Riya also not speaking English and not even understanding what i am saying. Only Susey is speaking English. Its better you can avoid this parlour. Rest room also not cleaned properly and no lock and it was outside the parlour.

They give 30 to 35 mins massage for 60 min massage which they charge for. Washrooms are also not attached or inside the massage chamber

It was horrible. They mention facial in package and give you a clean up and the steamer doesnt even work. If you want a head massage..be ready for some navranta red smelly oil plomped on your head and the experience of your head being squished by a naive boy who maybe was too inspired by either dangal or sultan. They request you to pay before you avail their services as even they know that its not worth it. Would recommend you to think twice before going.

The service and the attendants are the worst I must say. When you go for a service they fight with eachother that its your turn I am not going to do it that also in front of the customers. I had booked for one Thai massage and 6 services but they ended up giving cream massage( that also only for 20 mins) as they were out of water that day and the attendants were not willing to work.and asked me to come next day. Worst experience ever.

This is by far one of the worst spa in Bangalore. NEVER EVER GO THERE FOR MASSAGE. I had a voucher from Nearbuy for Head, Neck, Shoulder and back massage for 45 min and once I reached there I showed the voucher to the lady at the counter she was seeing that like if I was asking for free service, then she said sir pay here directly instead of voucher, when I told her why would I pay again when Ive bought the voucher, then she called up someone else asked to redeem my voucher. Once the voucher got redeemed she asked me to sit on the chair, I said how are you going to give back massage on chair? She told owner asked to do like this only. I mean what nonsense is this, I got back pain because of sitting on chair thats why I went there and she was doing the same. Then she started beating me like a drum without any experience and after 15 minutes she said its done. I asked how come, when I bought for 45 minutes, she told no for this much money we can give only 15 min, I said OK wait let me call Nearbuy, then she said wait wait dont call, Ill give. Then she started beating me again and was telling other person that this Nearbuy is giving them so much trouble, while giving me massage she told that in this much amount you wont give anywhere this much massage, I told there are 100s of spas offering the services with the lesser or similar price and if you had so much problem then why you tied up with Nearbuy? I told her even if you only for Head massage in any salon and pay 200-300 bugs, you get neck, shoulder and back massage on chair along with that and here I was paying double the amount specially for the back massage and I was given this kind of third class service. AVOID THIS SALON AND SPA AT ANY COST, specially if youve a voucher. They dont even know the meaning of the massage. Nonsense and total waste of money. I shared my experience with Nearbuy and they refunded my amount, thanks to them. Even after the refund Im feeling like why the hell I went there and wasted my time and got more pain.

Do not go here. Even we had appointment. They made us to walk a km to another shop and they said they are busy with clients. Even though there were no clients in shop.

Worst service. They will make you run around their multiple outlets only to know that service is not available.
