Poor customer service and management. I have experienced this a few times now, even after booking an appointment they call you and ask to reschedule so that they can accommodate other clients. The most recent case was when I had a 5 pm appointment which they asked me to move to 5 30 pm. It got delayed beyond 5 30 and they didn’t have the courtesy to call and let me know. Clearly they prefer some clients over others which is fine by me as there are other better salons which value customer service unlike them.

Very clean and tidy salon. Staff is very friendly and courteous. They are over priced but service is very good and place is hygienic. Jix is my stylist and he is very good with his work.

I visited Bodycraft, JP Nagar for a haircut today. Im very happy with the service and Jigs did a great job with my hair. He understood my requirements perfectly and gave one of the best haircuts Ive ever had. Staff is very polite and they are taking all safety precautions for Covid.

Got a hydra facial done . Absolutely no glow no effects .While consultation I clearly mentioned I need something for natural glow as I don’t want to put makeup always . They guaranteed glow and I saw absolutely no changes . ( waited for a week)They told I will get it after peel . No effects after peel .A normal facial does better job .Explanation I got was it’s not for glow it’s for your skin nutrition . Why would I feed my skin 6k to see no changes .I enquired about nail extension they called me after 2 days as they couldn’t guarantee longevity . After 2 days they told no slot available.My peel was done in consultation chamber as no space was available in operating rooms .I enquired about glutathione. The doctor told you l see a change today itself . Whereas a layman too knows glutathione won’t give any effects before 3 weeks of treatment.

2 days back, I took my 5 year old son for a haircut to Bodycraft JP nagar. I was very specific about really good hairstylist from the time I took appointment as my son had pretty long hair and we wanted him to have a nice cut. Unfortunately, the one assigned to us either had poor communication skills or dint bother listening what I was saying and ruined his cut. It was so bad, we had to take him to another place only to rectify this horrible haircut . After paying a good amount for a childs haircut, this definitely was not expected from Body Craft.

Horrible service... Worst experience ever from any salon... If they can spoil a simple threading dont know how do they manage other services.... And the manager had guts to say you can buy eyebrow pencil and use for few days, it will be fine.. great people.. dont even have courtesy to accept the mistake.

The service and the products used are as usual very good. But they have started this new free doctor consultation, and I agree it’s good. As a doctor, he will advise so and so procedures and peels. And altogether cost will be definitely high. And then the receptionist says so and so package, and they ask us to buy it. They plead so much. They force so much saying offer will get over today, tomo so and so. You know, first of all we didn’t ask for doctor consultation. You start free consultation and try to force us buy the package which was not at all there in our to do list. Please don’t do this. Please don’t force us to do something which we didn’t ask for.

Very bad they worsen my face... Am scared opt bodycraft now.. they convincing by reducing price and suggesting me to wear mask to cover rashes... I got upset with words and facial done... Never in my life time had this experience.... Now too many rashes in my skin... I have to consult skin specialist now... Face is covered with only rashes...

I have been going to Bodycraft JP Nagar for a long time now. I am very pleased to see their sanitization techniques, attention to cleanliness and methods used for social distancing. All personnel use PPE kit and they also provide customers disposable mask and body cover. No usage of towels is a very good move.My favourite hair dresser is Abhinay. He is the best at his trade. A lion’s share of the 5 star is due to him.
