Company is not providing any workstation. You should use the laptop which bought from your hardened money for the sake of company.2. Company wont provide Food.3. Company Screws freshers in the name of trainees. Forcing them to work even on the weekends.4. Company should earn from the employees to give a good review. Not forcefully.5. Won`t provide the trainees the Confirmation that easily, even after promising they get the Job within 3 months of training.6. If Trainees got selected, they need to pay a training charges of around 50k to 60k, later deducted in the salary on monthly basis. even after serving 3 to 6 months job without pay. also investing on laptop with very high end configuration, laptop running contineously for 10 to 15hrs/day.7. Freshers might hope of getting a min Stipend. no place for it.Please try to understand the Situation of the students.
