Paige has called our customer service line SEVEN times this month alone, despite being told every single time to remove us from her list and stop calling. It has gotten so bad that I finally had to threaten to file a police report for harassment. This kind of behavior cant be legal.I will NEVER give my money to a company that cant respect MULTIPLE requests to stop spamming us with unwanted solicitations that take up my customer service teams time and cost me money.

Hi,I had a great overall interview experience. I have got all the updates of the process within time. Nivedha from the HR team was SPOC for me. She ensured smooth interview process and onboarding. I really admired the team as most of them are always ready to help. With my detailed discussion I could figure out that I am at right place. Many learnings and growth on the way :)

Constantly spamming me, never signed up in the first place and I clicked to unsubscribed on each email. Now 12 over a period of less than 6 months.

I received an email through naukari.com for an job opportunity. Thanks to all these reviews wrote by candidates and their service consumers/clients. It is clear that this company is spammer and moreover scammers too. I am never going to apply for such creepy firm, even if they offer me handsome package.My suggestion to such Indian startups is, when you guys are dealing with international clients please do not spam or scam them. You are representing the image of Indian Firms here. This makes an overall impact on Macro level. please keep such things in mind while dealing.Shame on u ConvertCart!!

Bait and Swicth!!! Worked on the site for a couple of month and made some small changes. When I decided to pause the service I was informed that all the changes I paid for would revert back to its original state. Told I could have the hard code so that I could install. Never got it.

Kindly refrain from appearing for the interview in this organisation. One will end up wasting time despite of excellent performance. From my experience, I can say that they are just wasting time conducting interviews and I was contacted by an HR named Pushpa. They dont have interview ethics to provide feedback also.

Straight up scammers.I cancelled my service in May, so in July they charged me for 2 months of service, $598. When I emailed telling them I had already cancelled, providing proof+confirmation of cancellation they instead hassled me about why I wanted the refund and how I should really use their service. After a few weeks, they finally refunded the money back to me.Fast forward to today(9/25/20) and the entire process has repeated itself again. Another $598 charge, despite having cancelled this nonsense 2x now, both with email confirmations.My guess is that they are either hoping no one will notice the charge or they are using it as some kind of customer reactivation strategy, either way it is unethical and a horrible practice.

Constantly spams and does unsolicited phone calls. Any software that works well will have clients find them because of high quality and results - neither of which youll find with this company. AVOID.

I paid them upfront, they did no work for the first month. I canceled and now theyre saying that I only get a portion of my money back. Im filing a lawsuit and would NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

1st round of interview was very good but 2nd round of interview is really pointless because of overconfidence on them, prejudging , not an opportunity company. Interview should be two way opportunity but here its only for company with over greedy thinking.Anyway all the best for the company 🙂

I had a horrible interview experience.i had to wait for an interview for straight 4 hrs.There were 4 interview rounds without any proper structure which was not informed earlier. Four interviewee ask similar kind of question that Why should hire u? and Introduce yourself. I was waiting in small room without any room for air or AC. I was really exhausted by the last round. The last interviewee told me that that HR will call me for negotiation. Since then I am trying to reach to the HR but they dont even have the courtesy to respond back.

Never go for interview if they will call you for interview. Its total waste of time. These people dont know how to take interview.I went for interview travelling 40 Km. My interview was for react developer. Two people took my interview. They did not ask even single technical question related with react.Some scenario based questions they asked which I answered them correctly they were also ready with concept that time.After interview they told you can leave for day.These people are lagging basic ethics and professionalism.If some candidate is coming for interview then dont waste their time. You should have knowledgeable person to take interview for that particular technology.Dont waste time of candidates. Have some ethics and professionalism.

This company will not stop incessantly emailing me. Ive asked to be removed off their mailing lists over a twenty times. Theyve assured me on multiple occasions Ive been removed yet they continue to spam with with email I cant unsubscribe to that comes from multiple sales people. I would never do business with this company as they operate in an unethical fashion.Looking at these reviews below, they all appear to be written from employees, I dont see a single review here that resembles an actual client or customer. Id steer clear of this company.

Very bad experience #convertcart I. applied to their job posting which was for full time, Pushpa, the HR called me, asked me about my CTC, and expected, made me take a test where I had to write several copies, she kept me waited for more than a week. When I gave her a call she says it was for a freelance position! which was never and nowhere mentioned earlier. These HRs must stop deceiving candidates. No timely communication. Very bad experience.

I had been to Convert Cart for an interview for the post of Customer Success / Account Manager.It is about 6.6 km from Rashtreeya Vidyalaya Road metro station. I found this as neatest metro compared to other stations. Though it was only 6 km, it took me almost an hour to reach there due to heavy traffic.Convert Cart is ideally located. You can easily get cabs, auto and even bus in 10 metres.When I entered Convert Cart office, I saw staff were so friendly. Along with me, there were two more candidates. They asked us to sit in the discussion room. Almost all staff came and asked us to feel comfortable and have coffee. Hospitality was worth appreciating.Pooja maam took my initial interview. Believe me, she is awesome. She was so friendly. She asked me a few technical questions like distributing water in containers exactly and also to find out number of white cars in Bangalore.Totally it was a very good experience. I suggest you to not to miss any opportunity of going there.

I attend the interview on this company for Sales role, No proper communication with HR. HR management have no proper replay on time.

Unethical marketing tactics. They bombard you with emails, personal emails, business emails. They dont care and they dont listen when you ask them to stop.
