Buggy/Fraud application.I had paid my maintenance bill using this application in the month of Jan21. But the app is showing that I have not paid the maintenance for the month of Jan21. Again I paid with fine and later realised that this is a duplicate request. I have raised a query on the support desk but no reply yet.Please avoid any payments using this app.

I had made a rent payment on 4th Aug 2021 through this app but the amount was never transferred to the landlords account. I had called and e-mailed them but nobody is responding. Now I am afraid for the money I paid. Till now feel like a pathetic service from them.

The new version is not good and its very difficult to operate, old formats is better than new format. It highly recommend to change operating format.

Well during my MBA I was supposed to do an Organization Study and MyGate was looking for Brand marketing interns I gave an interview and I got 2 months of internship at MyGate.The work culture at the MyGate is Good. The best part of this organization is anyone can reach out to any other in the organisation for any queries. And if youre found capable of doing other things too youll be moved to other departments very soon which make individual grow and have a diversified experience.Apart from that Leadership at MyGate is very strong be it CEO Vijay Arisetty, CTO Shreyans Daga and COO Abhishek Kumar they along with other heads taking the firm to greater heights.I wish, MyGate the Best..!

Update: After seeing my review, HR personnel Ms Rupali called and clarified the issue.Though mygate had updated about the status, consulting company failed to provide the feedback.Thank you for reaching out Ms Rupali.Your efforts are appreciated.Older Post:Extremely disappointed with how they handled the HR Ops interview.They had hired an consultancy firm for Recruitment.I was told have been shortlisted for next round. After that no follow up from the consultancy. I have followed up thrice and they told no update from the clients end. I waited for almost 10 days before I gave up on having any hopes.MyGate, knowing the pandemic and unemployment it caused, atleast be quick with the feedbacks.Selected, rejected whatever it might be dont leave an applicant on hanging.

This is its head office. And the environment of the office is very soothing. The culture of the office is very good.And i think it should be considered as a best company to work for.The company is people friendly and they work as a family.Its a coolest start up and soon going to be a unicorn company.

Its very unfortunate to see that My gate app is also allowing registration to those apartments which are Blacklisted by RERA which is a Government organization. One such apartment is Vijay Icon Apartment by Vijay Builders and Developers located at Huskur gate area, Bangalore 560100

This place is cool...work culture is pretty awesome..Just they need to replace plastic water bottles with stainless-steel.

While it might seem like an app focused on offering convenience and safety to residents, MyGate is actually mining data of each and every user which is sold to 3rd parties. They recently announced another $56 million in funding from VCs who only intend to use OUR data for marketing and who knows what else. Just deleted this app and will never use it again. A suggestion to all other users - keep just one account per home on an elderly persons phone. Let’s them mine as much info as they need about 60 years olds.

Ita worst support I have ever since..they dont genarate OTP Instantly and if we to support they dont have information why?More than that they bounce back as we dont know how to create or signup..I recommend not to use..

If you are concern about your privacy do not use this app. This app stores non-users/visitors data (mobile number, vehicle number plates etc... ) Without their consent and then share it across different apartments which is certainly not acceptable. Even though i have never downloaded or installed this app i was surprised to see my mobile number, car registration etc. stored on this app. This is total breach of privacy.The forceful registration at the entry gate to this app without any term & conditions, or end user agreement is totally illegal.

They called freshers for the interview and after taking interview they said that they are looking for experienced one.

MyGate is a Good APP for ERP and the support team like David were helpful always with his prompt support

Were manufacturing critical components for the healthcare industry and were dependent on their system for generating passes for our employees.Today the system has stopped generating passes, and all of our employees are stuck at home. There is NO support available for this.

Pathetic HR. They expect you to come in for multiple rounds of interview and then leave you hanging for weeks with out an update. Despite trying to reach out, they blatantly ignore your calls with no respect or consideration for your time or efforts. Watch out for this space

Superb security system best in navi Mumbai

My Gate should look at integrating with existing vendors like Swiggy, Zomato, Dunzo etc..in a better way. They can pass on the delivery person details and add a pre authorized entry to my gate. As long as the person ordering and receiving are the same why should one be forced to allow entry each time? Especially for food orders created in a short time?

Every gated community must have a security app like MyGate, liked its best features and happy to use in my apartment

Hi Team I use this app for the past 2 years as my Society has installed it.I am not going to write a positive feedback as I m annoyed with the kind of notifications, calls and sms i get in the early morning while getting ready to office.I have 3 helps coming to my house in the morning and every time I get1.notifications saying XXX maid is coming (approved)2.if I have not approved I get1 notification1 sms1 phone call1 phone call from securityDont you think that you are not valuing the time?Why SMS when you send a notification?Why 2 calls as if we are in an army cantonment?Also i cant add your additional house help by your self as the security guys dont know how to do themselves.Annoying!!! You may need to think on these lines and come up with a better solution

Its was a bad experience with the selection process, they just called 600 student just for timepass. If you dont have intention to hire then why are you conducting this drives and playing with our life.

I am still wondering how this App adding value to our daily life when security can really call & take consensus while any visitor pursuing the entry. For me this App is rather nuesance as when I am in office I get an alert & call. Arre baba why can’t security just call my intercom & if no one picks security should not allow the person, why to complicate simple process by introducing such nuesance as if we are already flooding with app in our daily life, but to be honest this app does not add any value to residents life.

I had raised a complaint about not getting notification. More than 15 days have passed and the issue is still not resolved. In fact I dont see any willingness to find a solution. Now a days in fact the executive is not answering my calls at all, looks like they dont want to solve my issue. Absolutely horrible support to customers.

This security app is very insecure;1. Mobile numbers and other privacy information of residents, staffs and visitors are sold to third party without our consent.2. When not sold, our mobile numbers are visible to security guards and they are distributing mobile numbers to strangers. My daughters mobile number is publicly distributed and she started getting unsolicited calls.I totally condemn this act of anti-privacy and suggest everybody to emmidiately de-register from app and install it.

What kind of interview process you are following ?No sense of logical questioning to get an answers from person and more over the answers will will be as per situations,If the interviewer is taking into personal consideration then you are emotionally fool by simply calling to your office and wasting our time
