Worst service based company not proper CTC , No proper cafeteria , No proper hikes they used to hire as contractors only ,very Worst in my experience ,Company is not up to mark , They have GHS , CPT two building in bommanahalli Bangalore both are un comfortable environment , management is very worst .

Worst company i have every seen .i had joined Emids in the month of feb 2020 and i was relocated from delhi to Bangalore they said no need to worry about job but post joining their is no project and now due to corona they have laid of many senior people also worst experience people joing from out of station is your high risk never know when they will terminate without notice .

Very bad experience from this company hrI got a interview call letter from emids and i attend the interview on April 2019,Very talented peoples are in the technical team , i got selected in the technical interview and hr informed me that within a couple of days.I waited for more than 2 weeks and sent a list of emails to hr without any responseFinally they sent me an email just for another interviewI loved the team and company but process of employee selection is not organized

Very bad experienceWent there for an interview in Jan 2020. First round was technical and interviewer was so rude , He started talking rubbish about my current company.And in last he said We are looking for 4+ experience. I specifically mentioned in the first line of my resume about my experience of 2 years.Please don’t waste anybody’s time and money, Go through the resume properly and then call for the interview and also a piece of advice you should not talk negative about any other company,first check your rules n regulations.

Horrible Experience not even 1 rating . This people scheduled the interview i took half day leave and reach 1:30 PM. I waited up to 4:30 PM because they told interview panel is not ready so again wait 1 hr. Simply given the interview in one mobile app they newly launched that one is not even getting login and not working(waste people developed waste one app) it again took 2 hrs. HR told your are done 1st round of interview successfully and sent me to next F@F round after finish 2nd round they told 1st round in mobile app is not recorded properly you can leave for the day than only i come to know they scheduled interview for the testing that mobile interview app which one they launched newly.

Worst behaviourThey scheduled interview at 1.30pm,we reached by 12.30pm,we where waiting till 30clock but none of the people came, every half hour recruiter will come out and she will tell wait for another half hour we will schedule ,manager is busy in meetingFinally some other person came for name shake they took interview and ask us to leave for The day.After 2days I got call for second level of interview same thing happen I was waiting till 30clock ........They ask me to introduce myself what I have done in first level interview..Thats it no more question.they ask me to leave for the day and they will update me later.almost a week I didnt get any update when I call they are not ready to responseStupid lady she is calling me continuously before we both coming for interview , once we reach office behaviour totally differs. She should show off that she arranged candidate for interview to her manager ..Do you people think we are playground to show ur stupid talent, try to respect people who are coming for interview . Dont spoil the company reputation .

Highly unprofessional in terms of interview process. They don’t have planned interview. I went for interview in Jan 2020 and they told me that it will take 2 hours. I went there at 10:30 am. My 1st round took place around 12 O clock and after they told me to wait for manager round. Today while writing this review it is already 4 days over but didnt hear anything from them. On contacting to HR through email and phone didnt get any reply. I dont understand how hard it is to tell someone that you are rejected or our requirement is on hold. Same thing if candidates will do these MNC companies sometimes blacklist them.

Initial package is less. As a fresher I got selected. And they were paying me 1.9L

Flexible timings. Higher managers and hr are reachable unlike big shot organisations. And the best things they celebrate all the Indians festivals too.

Its near to Oxford dental college.its an IT company which work in health industry.this company has good office,but not placed in tech park.

They will call for an interview at 9:30am and start at 12:30pm... Each candidate they will take atleast 40min interview... Just tim pass..

Had heard about the organization and was looking forward for an interview opportunity. Until I got one.1. The HR Calls and schedules the telephonic for next day but I did not receive the call. Tried calling 8 time to her desk number and sent email but no response. Next day I get a call from unknown number at same time but today I had an scheduled meeting couldnt pick up the call. HR Calls next day asking why didnt you pick up the call and I explained that the call was scheduled for thursday but I got the call on friday.2. HR schedules the call again. and also this time I do not get the call. when asked the HR about it she said I will get the call in 2 mins. but I get the call 35 mins after the scheduled time.3. Finally the call was scheduled for next day. Now I get the call 5 mins late. and the interviewer during the interview asks me to hold 3 times during a time period of 20 mins. for 2 mins each. and the 4th time when he asks me to hold again, the call drops. I reached out to HR and explained. and asked will this behaviour be fine if I talk to your clients in the same fashion I was treated?Horrible experience I did not expect this from Emids. writing this review after around 25 days of the incident because I want the management to read this and try to make things a little more professional.PS: Please value everyones time. Thanks

Good work culture,fun at work place. Flexible work environment and friendly staff. Only one drawback I found is slow growth rate of the employee. And sometimes politics go worst. If you are lucky you will enjoy the place.

27/11/2018: Well I worked here for abt 1.25 yrs. I had a bitter experience towards the end as they laid off people in bulk. I came to know this later that this has been happening for long here. They dont have much projects and hire only when they get a project. The moment that is over or the client decides not to renew, be ready for getting laid off even if you are an exceptional performer. Join this company at your own risk.Sometime in 2017: Nice company if u want to enhance your skillset and grow.work life balance can be challenging in few of the projects.

I have attended interview with Emids very recently at Bangalore office, even though one of my colleague told dont go and waste my time by attending interview with Emids, my interview was scheduled at 12PM, and took first round of interview an hour time on technical background, technical person is very good in technical background of BI, second round took more than an hour time on stakeholder Management.(he)was very unprofessional in talking and very arrogant and he tested my patience till to the core, after that one round of VP, he is very master in drilling and irritating to till core and even asked me what is project and what is management kind of silly questions, he spent almost 3hours and finally said will get back you... i didnt surprise since based on his questions he is not going to select me anyhow and left the emids, next day i got call from HR saying that i need to attend one more round with VP level guy, i attended again next day, its very cool discussion with HR head, and finally Recruitment HR told that two people gave positive feedback and two are not that much positive, and collective feedback is negative, after attending these many rounds and attended twice at office, so finally come to know from few folks who attended interview at emids that they are not selecting anyone and keep doing the interviews, so folks please dont waste your time like me.

Highly disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of senior managers that keep interrupting you while you talk, and then there are HRs that will call 1000 times before you appear for interviews asking if you are okay and if youre coming for interviews but once youre done, youll be completely ghosted. Stay away! Useless company.

They will call again to come on weekdays if you go they will not select you if your skill is java they will ask Angular JS.if your skill is Angular they will ask Java if you are full stack they will ask only SQL query.Anyhow they will spoil your 2 days ,Your efforts.This feedback is from me and also from 4 other candidates feedback that have I met.I request everyone please review for each cimcomp you visit it is very helpful from googGo reviews.

Not that great, had been there for interview, they say that they follow scrum, still one manager handles a team of 30.If you ask about the level of involvement, they will judge you saying you cant handle big teams
