This is the second time Im getting my Apple device repaired from iTweak/iRefurbish, once my iPhone and now my MacBook. Though I havent faced any issues, post repair, on both occasions, yet, its difficult to comment on the quality of repair and the price at which the repairs were done. But, they certainly are professional and responsive, overall. Id recommend their services.

Dont waste your time with them. They took my iphone 7 and change the working and original parts like back camera and battery and send it back to me with defective and old parts. They are cheaters, very unprofessional. There are no words to define their unprofessional and extremely poor knowledge.

They are extremely unorganized and one doesnt know what troubleshooting they are doing. They do not document anything they have checked, done or replaced.had given my macbook air for a no power issue, they replaced one component but broke the wifi adapter inbuilt. When they replaced the no power component they charged 11k, after which since the wifi wasnot working they started asking 35k to fix everything.When u want to pick ur laptop on ur own they r not aware which center has the laptop. We went to RT Nagar but the laptop was in marathahalli, this happened three time and there is no co-ordination within their employees.I collected my laptop in its original no power issue and got my refund after much fights and difficulty.Got my laptop fixed with lesser cost in a different place and everything working end to end.Also, realized from the new repair company that iTweak had intentionally damaged the system board and other components. The technician Varun had done all experiments on my macbook, after replacing the no power component he had no audacity to restart and check if everything is working, as it was then where the wifi harware not installed was persisting. Also, iTweak will waste ur time by telling that they have kept the system under observation whereas they will not even try to restart and check if everything is working.RT Nagar staff of iTweak are so extremely poor in knowledge and communication that u will not just loose money but also patience to deal with them and so much time.Please avoid this place, i am trying to take a legal action against this company for further damaging my laptop and quoting 35k to fix a 10k problem. Please spread this review and words with your friends and family and ask them to avoid the place. The long review explains the pain and agony i have gone through with this company. When you ask for refund, they will harass u that they will put all faulty components and send the laptop to u. The RT Nagar staff giridhar/gajendar had the audacity to tell this that theyll further spoil the laptop and return, which they did and i had to go through excruciating pain to get it fixed again.STAY FAR FROM THIS PLACE.

I have given my device with not turning on. And when they given me the estimate, I told its too high for an old iPad. When they returned the device, I see the device damaged and a broken LCD also. They admitted that while analyzing they damaged the device. When I complained the engineer named Naren says I damaged it now. These people are the cheaters and they can damage the device to make money.Thanks for the response. But if you people are honest then try to find the answer yourself.1. The job card is having details about the power button issue, corner dent, the touchscreen condition, but not the LCD. Today I got my IPad with broken LCD. When I have handed over the screen was all blank ( a black screen) and I got it back with a broken LCD means I can see all the broken pixels with different colours.2. I dont want to risk my life while coming to the shop. If you dont have guts to accept your fault, you can do anything to hide it.

I had given my iPad for replacement of screen. Initially I was quoted a price of 4 k for replacement and then I was told that the cost is 8 k as both screen and touch has to be changed. After repair I did not use it for a month and half and the device did not switch on , the new reason is IC is to be replaced and it costs 4 k more. I had gotten my macbook air repaired by this centre after a liquid damage and they did a really bad job. My laptop started having issues only after two weeks of the repair and then they kept stalling to avoid the free repair under warranty. My laptop was shut for a month and no one took any action. Worst experience ever.

My iMac hard drive failed and a repair at Apple India wouldve cost around 10k, iTweak put in a new SSD for half the cost. They have good knowledge about all of apple products and are capable of fixing them, theyre customer service can be a little better though.

Good: My Macbook Air had corrosion in the motherboard. These guys took it, cleaned and returned it to me at my home. Charged me 1500. The same thing Iservice was charging me 10k and sending my laptop to Delhi. So awesome service provider and value for money. Please dont go for Iservice.Bad: Customer service was quite slow in responding to my queries. They promised to call but didnt so they can definitely improve on updating their customer service & train their customer service rep that provides a hassle-free experience. Theyre already doing a great job with their work.

I had assumed that my iPhone 7 plus port is damaged because it wasnt charging right. Other vendors insisted I changed the port, but when I came to itweak, these guys are so professional that they checked and cleaned the port and apparently there was dust in it. So I didnt have to change the port, just had to service it. Amazing service, absolutely recommend this!

I am fortunate to come across this excellent and professionally managed repair shop for Apple products. Today I walked into their RT Nagar office for repair needs of my I Phone 6S Plus. Mr Jagdish, the technician, is a gem of a human being and a pleasant personality. Believe it or not, my job was done in flat 15 minutes and I was given a thorough briefing on the defects, the job done by them, and the future scenario. I could sense a positive and enthusiastic vibe in the place. Charges wise, they are very reasonable in comparison to other places. Booked an appointment 5 days in advance but no confirmation received or acknowledgment.On day of service had to call twice and finally the engineer who was supposed to visit tells me had no information that my service was scheduled.I think their Google Reviews are bought and wanted they have mentioned on their website nothing happened.Waste of time on a Sunday!

The team does not live up to thier words. They promised 2 business days for the service but it has been more than 7 business days and still they are not giving a concrete answer. They tend to play careful and put the blame on the client. I cant trust them. Cant trust the team as I have been promised my phone will be delivered multiple times. They do not live up to their words.

Excellent and quick repairs done in under 30 minutes and at your doorstep. Parts are also covered by warranty in case of any malfunction. I had to change the screen after i started noticing ghost touches. Govardhan did an amazing and fast job and even threw in a free tempered glass protector. The quality of service at a place like this does depend on who they send. The first time I got my screen replaced by them the guy did a lousy job with the home button lose and I think he also damaged my proximity sensor but it was fixed by Govardhan, two days later at no extra cost. My point is that you should ask them to send someone else to fix any problems that you might have initially.

I visited the place with a lot of expectations after reading the reviews. The issue was with my MacBook Pro which wasnt booting after an update. The diagnosis was that the graphics card was faulty and the entire motherboard had to be replaced. And this too came after 4 days of follow up. Initial commitment was that theyd diagnose and update within 48 hours. And the biggest shock was their quoted price, INR 33-35k. I suspected an issue with the HDD and I took back the device and replaced the hard disk myself and its working perfectly fine. Not recommending.

This is a worst experience of even getting a technician on time. I visited the center on Saturday evening for a battery replacement and they informed no one s available since it’s Saturday! Now that’s a joke since their website says 10am -7pm all 7 days and I visited at 445pm. Then he schedules an appointment for me on Sunday morning 11am-1pm. I reconfirmed that this would be closed before 1am. The person assured saying 100% and the technician will call me in morning. It’s 1220pm on Sunday and no one called me. Then I reached out to itweak and they said someone will call in 10 mins . I had to follow up again at 1:05pm and again the same answer. Then the technician calls me at 1:15pm from another side of BLR city and informs he will be coming but needs time to collect battery from the shop and currently he s struck in traffic. This is the kind of service they provide. At least have courtesy to call and inform that they are running late.but when I called iTweak on this, I was surprised that they have only 1 technician who handles entire north BLR and I need to wait till 3pm at my place so the technician can visit and fix the battery.This is pathetic service and I need to wait entire day for this guy to come and fix a battery. This is really waste of time and money and I strongly suggest all iPhone users to find a better service center for repairs since these guys don’t have any time or customer support sense.

My Iphone 7Plus has some issue with its motherboard for which i have submitted my phone to apple care where they said that we can not fix it,it has to to be replaced .I dropped the idea of replacing as they are charging too much. Then i gave my phone to Itweak after the initial assessment they said thatits motherboard needs to be repaired..i said go ahead ...after three-four day i got call from them that your both the cameras of iPhone has also been damaged it needs to replaced.earlier in the initial assessment the only said that only there is motherboard issue...and now they said cameras are also damaged..i have no options..i said ok fix it..for that i have paid total of 16K..but after they delivered my phone new problem started ...with charging...for solving this issue i have given my phone trice jst to fix itscharging issue as they fixed charging issue..new issue stared with its mic.. i raised a complaints for that but got no response from their side...i walked into their service center to fix that issuewhere they have changed 3-4 mics but issue stand as it is..after that they again replace some circuit that too they picked from some other iphone which came from service.and gave me the bill of 3600Rs...which i refused to pay as i have already paid 16k..some how they agreed but the issue again started after a week...itweak are u guys able to fix this issue in one shot...because that noise is annoying.

Itweak- do you have any thought to return the mobile to the owner if its cant be repaired?this is regarding job card-41247. My phone was collected on 19th of june and on 21st it was confirmed that it cannot be repaired due to motherboard issue.Due to your technician health issue you were not able to deliver my mobile on 25th and 26th also i was not available for calls (alternate number was also provided but looks like you did not make an effort of calling it) - agreed.Its been more than a week and still you have not returned my mobile even after multiple follow ups. I really suspect that my genuine mobile parts are getting used for some other repair works. I have seriously lost the trust on itweak.Finally I am writing this review as i am unable to contact itweak and only way of reaching is through my reviews about your service. Please return my mobile asap. I need to get the replacement of my iphone 7plus from istore.Must mention- Pathetic service.

The service in the initial stage will look like the best one you can get but i don’t know what is the issue with them, everytime there is some or other new issue that arises in my phone after reapairing. They replaced my screen, then battery and then again their was battery swolling problem due to which they changed the battery again, now their is again an issue with the battery itself. The phone is not charging and causing a lot of problems. Paying so much and facing such harassment is not worth it. I hope they sort it out as soon as possible if they value their customers.

My Macbook pro had flickering lines on the display and visited Planet care to get it sorted. They told me it was issue with the display and they had no parts since it was a vintage model and couldnot help me. I found iTweak online and visited their service center in RT nagar. They diagnosed the issue and told that it’s the issue with the graphics card, which is in the motherboard and the display was all fine. They repaired the motherboard in 3 days as promised and saved me a lot of money. Highly recommend them.

After repair they dont fully work as expected to cover the warranty. Very difficult to reach them as well.

They took my device and told me theyll find a diagnosis within 2 days, I had been constantly calling the customer care and they kept beating around the bush ignoring my calls. Once they said it was a mother board problem and the next time they say it is a display problem. There are better doorstep services available.

Their Service is awesome for a decent price, compared to the so-called Apple Icare centre . My iphones SE present price itself is 18k, whereas in Icare center quoted 15k for repair. I went to them with the shattered screen and the home button, for which they charged less than 6k. Completely happy with the service and the timely service done in 3 days.
