Worst experience, I have asked to add sole which looks good with the light brown sandle and they have added a black one which has no finishing and looks like a rock. May be the sole usually has weight so i didnt argue much on it. but the colour and finishing is really bad and they are not even ready to rectify it. When I bought the sandle that time the customer experience was great but after doing the alterations and getting in hand, they have showed a different face and they are telling if you want you take it else throw it. They are not ready to even take back the product with defect. worst experience ever.

Excellent service.. good product. We had made double payment on G pay as the first transaction was declined, again we did transfer and was accepted. But while perusing bank statement it was found payment was done twice. We approached.. the shop and the reimbursement was done immediately..

Worst place to buy shoes. First of all, the fitting is very bad. Tight in the front and loose at the back. They say after some time the shoe will become comfortable but it hasnt even after one month. Shoes are overpriced and also very uncomfortable if you are wearing for a long time. In short span you wont realize what mistake you are making. My suggestion is dont even enter this shop. Im really amazed and also itritated that how the hell this shop has above 4 rating in Google. Im afraid maximum reviews are fake.

There are still cheats on a wonderful road like brigade road. Beware of these cheats for whatever transaction you have with them. Filthy fly by night operators. 😕 The polish started peeling off on day one. And they refused to exchange or replace with another model. Though they say 90 days warranty

Womens collection is very less. Pricing is not according the the product. fitting is not good tight from front and loose from back. Staff is ok but polite , may be they are thinking whoever comes to the store should buy the product no matter if somebody like the product or not.They are not professional at all.

Very inconsiderate and rude staff.The heels I bought for Rs. 1499 broke on the first day itself.On giving it for repair to the shop, I got the sandal back with its colour being dull and with marks on the straps.On bringing it to the managers notice, I got no good response.Not at all Customer friendly. And the prices are also not appropriate.Do not (R) DO NOT buy from this store.
