Showroom is good. The service is bad. The service head is a fraud. He steals parts and consumables from your vehicle. Never service your vehicle here.

Anyone can walk-in and walk-out anytime.They are least bothered about customers.Sales guy would be sitting and reading newspaper, pays no attention for your presence.Doesnt even ask to sit and give the information to the customers.Just opens the catalogue, pricing file and asks to look in the file.No demo, no explanation nothing.Its more of self service.Take it or leave it, I dont mind your presence attitude.Looks like a pirated version of KTM showroom.

All I had to fix was the horn wire clamp, which essentially is a 2 minute process. I reached there by 1:00pm . They said lunch time, it will take 2 hours. I requested as I had come from quite a distance, and it was raining. But the service guys just walked away. Great customer service KTM. Not gonna bring my 390 to you guys ever again.
I had been there a few months back to have a look at the ktm 250 . the staff there were least bothered to attend my queries. when asked for a quotation. the guy there said he will mail it . which i still havnt received . later ended up buying the bike from a different dealer . my suggestion would be to go to some other showroom .
Customer service is very poor,they dont bother about that.They dont interact with people,they dont give any information about bikes,careless staffs.Even after calling several times they dint responded.Overall worst staffs .I suggest to go Mekhri circle KTM showroom,their response is good.

The guys there put wrong odometer reading for my bike in KTM database.. instead of 8k they put 27k. when i went for another service center then i got to know.. very irresponsible behaviour... prefer mekhri circle showroom.

Servicing of the bike is done pretty neatly like washing, polishing of the bike... Lots of parking space is there for the vehicles however they say after 6:30pm parking charges will be there. Only downside is the labor charges and the taxes on the heavy labor charges. You wont get any problem in the bike once serviced. ( *** depends on the rider and bike condition :) Overall very good service centre...

Place is in old Yelahanka on main road. Its difficult to get booking appointment on phone. Either visit personally to get an appointment for servicing of KTM bike or visit before 0900 to book servicing on same day. Services are good, knowledgeable mechanic but charges are high. For regular servicing one would be charged between Rs 5000 to Rs 10000.
There is a lot of room for improvement.Service centre is so small that it can barely hold 8 motorcycles at a time. There are only two hydraulic lifts to work on and absolutely no holding area for waiting motorcycles.Infrastructure needs lots and lots of improvements.Sales staff can be better. The sales boys and representatives are doing good but their supervisors need to be a little more serious about their work.
Worst service done here and the people are so arrogant , no one cares about customer.Had visited couple of times for spare parts, all the time the spares were out of stock. Its better to shut rather than not providing proper service.

It was wonderful experience visiting the showroom!Left my bike to the service and visited sales.The sales team is very kind from the day I got the vehicle and responses to all the queries, very knowledgeable and helpfull.I highly reccomend you guys to visit the showroom for the best KTM experience. :)
May look like a small shop but the service and the customer treatment is top notch, well managed. Immaculate estimation of cost and timely delivery. Above all, manager took the bike for a test ride after service and corrected few minor problems.Overall, amazing service centre, hope it remains amazing !
Worst Service Done At Yelahanka Service Center.Today I have given ktm 390cc for oil change they have charged 5000rupees for just oil change and the labour charge is very expensive where I didnt understood the charges they have taken for miscellaneous labour they have charged 826rs and again they have charged for paid service of 1,062 rupees and those ktm service are charging twice for labour charge where Im very much disappointed with that and the communication of the service manager (venkatesh) is worse he wont listen to our words he ll argue for that and they are not providing customer satisfaction.I Suggest No one to go for service there worst service waste of moneyI would have given negative rating 1 star is also not fit for them.

Had got bike from Mekhri and also first few services from Mekhri and this time tried getting my 390 duke serviced in Yelahanka.Not even close to professionalism and workmanship displayed at Mekhri .I had mentioned about chain making noise , it was untouched .Worst of all they siphoned off my fuel .One of my rear view mirror had cracks hence had asked to replace. The new one installed looks older and dirtier than the earlier ones I had .After service when they call for feedback, I said about my problems, the lady said we will check and get back and its been 2 months . Nice away to avoid customers negative feedback though .I would definitely avoid getting my bike serviced from here.
I recently bought a KTM duke 200 in KTM YELAHANKA , the staff is very kind and polite and provide you a friendly environment. They provide you with all necessary information about the type of bike your looking for. Service team is also top notch equipped with latest tools and service your bike on time.

People here are friendly and have time to explain the meticulous details of the bike. I have always given my bike for service and its been done correctly. I havent experienced any problems with the bike or with the people. Employee named jagadish Kumar has helped a lot of people by giving different method of payment a bike can be brought.

The Sales manager at the showroom Mr Jagadeesh is a helpful and polite person to deal with. My purchase and registration went well with no issues. I reckon youd have good experience with buying any ktm vehicle if directed through him. And regarding service Mr Vekatesh the head service Engineer over there has been a great help whenever I visit for fixing small to large issues most of the times instantly when I have to leave for a ride later that day. Kudos to the guys over there as Im well greeted every time I visit over at Yelahanka KTM.

Service is excellent, staff behavior is good only problem is labour charges and moreover tax is being imposed on that high labor charge..Anyways thats upto ktm who is known for expensive service (both spares and labor) .But the work is clean and perfect, expectations reached 🔥

And they mix up different bikes parts with your bike and give it to you . Terrible experience . Totally disappointed . Very bad service . Destroyed my bike by giving it for service here.last time I have my bike for service the coolant was totally empty and dry and must have destroyed my engine

All, Pls think of any other KTM show room, if any plan of buying KTM bikes.KTM Yelahanka is really bad. I had been to KTM Yelahanka more than 3 times for RC 200 test ride since it was close to home. 2 times i got answer that they do not have test ride bike. Then 3rd time i got duke 250 test ride in place of RC 200.Later i got test ride in HRBR KTM in single request any they got it to office only. When i decided to buy bike. I was calling KTM Yelahanka more than 10 times all 3 numbers. Neither phone is busy nor they do not answer my calls.Im lucky now i did not book in KTM Yelahanka.KTM Mekhri circle better than KTM Yelahanka.

This is my experience from the service section of KTM yelahanka. The showroom folks seems to be good and had a flawless experience.I had an issue with the Duke 390. The whole bike was hubling(shaking) while my speed was up beyond 60 or 70. This literally made me don’t drive the vehicle for urgent situations. My second free service was done and I had mentioned this problem. After the service, these people told that there is no issue. But the hubling was still there. I showed them a small bend on the front rim and suddenly the manager told..””yeahh... this is the problem””. That was ridiculous and i returned back. I then took my bike to mehkri circle ktm and they told the issue is with the back tyre since i had put a tube temporarily on the back tyre. I changed the tyre and got it resolved. My experience previously with the yelahanka service was worse too. They forgot to add back the main screw of the front fork before as well and they lied me that they changed the fork since there was oil leak after the second day I bought my bike.GUYS I DO NOT EVEN SUGGEST WASHING YOUR BIKE HERE.
