Worst experience. Staff here are extremely annoying. They dont respond properly to your doubts. They dont respond to any calls. They take annoyingly excess time to transport your parcel. Even after taking 10 times more time than regular logistics, your parcel wont arrive safely. Every time there is damage. May be they play football with our parcels. India Post is quicker & safer than VRL Logistics. Im never opting for VRL even if my life depends on it. If there was an option for negative star rating, Id choose that.

Staff in VRL offices needs to be polite. In general, most of the offices staff are over stressed. You will not get communication even after material is received by them. Goods handling charges may change at the time of collecting.

VRL bus Depot and Godown near RV college - Metro Cash and carry, RR Nagar , Please take the copy of any id proof at the time receiving, wait time of 15-20 will be required to get the parcel out, all bills are required untill parcel is dropped at home

Actuly i call the vrl logistics ,they will tell not old itoms i mean i have my old refrigerator (Fridge) not we are transfort.. only new itom only they will parcel.. i ask him why old itom not transfort...? he is putting the call.i thin very bad service.. best service is srs logostic and rajkumara logostic. and srikumar , seabird

Review is for those unfortunate souls that have to collect their own goods by personally visiting the Mysore road depot:1. No designated customer parking2. Loading is manual, no rate charts for labour charges: weight. However, job gets done most of the time.3. Reception desk, or what looks like one, accepts only cash. Just behind the desk is a notice to maintain social distancing due to covid. And then the staff say only cash. Notes are super spreaders of all kinds of disease. Staff is straight forward - cash or dont come. I normally prefer digital. One has to struggle a bit for this privilege, but its possible at vrl Mysore road.4. Once you have crossed this hurdle of payment and seals, stamps and signatures and question and answer sessions and your material is loaded, the next stop is the gate. Depending on how many security staff are there, what their mood is, if they have had a tipple (can smell on a hot day especially), you can come out quick or wait till he enters #₹_&-+__#@+ in his register. Also, after relaxations during the pandemic, i was once asked by a security staff at the gate as to why i was handing over the receipt through the rear window? They will ask you all questions other than what is to be asked. Further, if there are vehicles behind you and trying to leave first, the security will run behind them leaving you to wait. Your time is not important. With such bureaucracy and elaborate requirements, the NICE toll booths seems so easy.Shipping rates are competitive. Other than that, VRL Mysore road is not worth the effort.Hope they change and that the procedure they have set is made more suitable for customers than for something close to a correctional facility.
