Im going through one of the worst situations as a costumer. I dropped my polo at VW electronic City for 3 days just to change the ABS sensor,door lock and headlamp bulb. ABS sensor and door lock was under warranty. They kept the car at the service station for 3 days and gave it back to me just like how it was before. They gave an explanation that the parts are not available. They just changed the headlamp wich I paid which doesnt come under warranty. The saddest part is, I found the old headlamp bulb between my seat split and the headlamp case was protruding out after the repair. I followed up with them and went back again to change the other warranty covering parts and to fix the headlamp case. What they did was humiliating. They made me pay for door lock and after the payment they said the warranty is clear, but we have to cancel it because you paid and changed the part. Actually they made me pay. One Mr. Vijay was the service advisor and he just said sorry for the incident. Coming to the final thing. I followed up again with them to change abs sensor. The manager one Mr. Jayaraj told me to bring the car to the service station. I went there again yesterday (30/08/2021) like a clown and he told me to drop the car again for 3 days. I couldnt withstand the insult. The car was already been there 4 days and they did nothing and I felt unsafe to drop my car with them after having such bad experiences and misbehavior from them. I walked out of VW electronic City branch with a heavy heart for buying a polo for the first time. Im just disappointed and Im going to escalate this issue further for sure if dont get a solution out of this email.

Nethra from the Showroom was my POC. She was very helpful, attended to all my calls and queries and was every knowledgeable about Polo which was the car she helped me purchase.Did have some hiccups during delivery that resulted in almost 2.5hrs wait time but overall a decent experience from start to finish.

Rating 1 star is the highest for the experience i had during my car service. A service man duty is to fulfill customers issues. But here the man (name xyz) who attended me was an irresponsible fellow. I left my vw vento for service along with two major issues. The former one was braking sound and latter was suspension noise. After taking delivery drove the car to my home with the same problem (only suspension) , so came back within half-hour left the car. After five days went to pick my car. When i entered the service bay the car was dusty. please note this point i left my car 1st for regular service with the two major problems. Understand again the day wheni took after service the problem was not solved i left it again with the same problem, so basically the service is not completely done. How can a service center can just wash the car before the solving the problem.Important points-1) irresponsible and careless attender2) incomplete service3) people over there should understand that a car just few minutes after service if it shows the same problem cant be said fully serviced so the service is incomplete. Leaving the car back means the paused service is resumed people should clean the car and keep after solving. No one cleans the car and does mechanical work.4) carelessness of the problem, nowadays cars fly(not like ambassador or padmini where 40 to 60 was the speed) so the mechanical parts should be in condition.5) pointing out the 4th point as my car had suspension problem it can lead to tyre damage, instability of the vehicle, irritating sound which reduces driving pleasure.6) the showroom should keep people who have great knowledge about cars. Before six months with the same 2 problems (suspension and brake sound) I went to the showroom, the service attender mans name was pr*j*l he test drove the car and correctly with full assurance he pointed out the solution for these problems, unfortunately i came to bangalore just for one day from my native tn for an important work. As the situation was critical because of covid same day i went back keeping in mind that the service time was 3000km. And also the service attender told that if this sound increase u can come or else it is safe to drive.Timeline6/08/2021 left for service10/08/21 took delivery 1pm4pm went back to the showroom13/08/21 took again with the same problem.I am ready to pay only when the problem is solved.Understand one thing dont recruit people who dont have a passion for cars and work for money. I know money is important but when ur getting paid u have to work with love or else u will disappointed customers.And now a washing trend is air wash what is this, the my car grill had a mud home of an insect before leaving it for service even after service it is still there. When i clean my car on my own I wipe every part of my car. With high tech car washing equipment they cant even wash properly. If there is water scarcity they should close the clean option. Instead of charging a bill.When i left it for the second time they didnt follow covid protocol before they cover driving seat, steering wheel and gear knob with plastic covers. They didnt follow it again.This is my worst experience in volkswagen bangalore hosur road. Disappointed.

Initially I was just curious. I never came close to VW vehicles as I thought that there were out my league financially. I just stepped in for a test drive ( I do that as a time pass ). I seriously never thought I would want to own a polo because of all the bad reviews about VW...cost wise, maintenance wise and resell value.What changed my mind was the caring, kind and respectful attitude of one of the sales persons who received me, a lady going by the name of Sanghetta, who displayed a very professional attitude and took me through the features and suggested a test drive. What personally touched me is that i wasn’t looked down upon like I had no business to do there. You might say, it’s their job, but I have been at Skoda and I just wanted to get out of the showroom because of the way the sales person made me feel...like I didn’t belong there.I initially just wanted to buy a ford, because I already owned one. But I was really pleased by the welcome in.People there won my heart and you can really say that they don’t just sell cars, they make you feel like you could buy whatever you want and you deserve it and it doesn’t matter where you come from. They are very helpful and they will move mountains to get you what you deserve. I would say...most showrooms ought to learn a thing or two from the VW Bangalore near Electronic City...at least when it comes to handling customers.I am now a proud owner of a comfortline and so far, it’s been a delightful experience. I hope the after-sale experience will be as good as the pre-sale...looking forward to it :)UPDATES :I upgraded to the new polo TSI edition, my beloved “duchess”, classy, powerful, a gem of a car really. Breaking down my experience to three parts, sales, finance and accessories/painting , Usha was the one who handled my booking from the time I walked in to have look at the car until the day I drove out the car from the showroom. At every stage I had multiple requests and special painting requirements and she did everything at her power to make sure I got the car as I excepted it to be when I take delivery. I visited this place after a long gap. I have been using VW cars for almost 10 years now and did not have great experience with Elite motors in the past. However, this time the experience was very different. I could sense a genuine effort to win back customers. I had spoken to Mr. Godwin before I visited the workshop and he had assured me of best experience. Right from the time I arrived at the workshop till I took my vehicle back, everything was in order. The service advisors were more than happy to explain and answer all my questions. I have no complaint about the work they carried out (never had issues with the work even in the past) on my car. My experience with VW Bangalore was extremely pathetic, They have replaced my car’s headlights with an old one before delivery! No one is taking any ownership on the issue either VW or the dealership! Better to stay away from them. I request you all to stay away from this brand and dealer.neither Pre deliver Inspection is done properly by the dealer nor the final OK check done by VW, they just stick those labels as part of normal procedure.I ma attaching two pics , which you can see the Right side headlamp MFR. year is 2016, and a paint crack on the right side fender, that has been chipped off by itself.I am not sure this car is genuine or new ! the car was bought in Oct-2018the response from the dealer is we sold the car in roadworthy condition
