I have visited this shop at BTM Layout on Sunday for buying a pair of tyres for KTM Duke. Discussed and decided on a pair of Michelin tyres and they started the installation process.They did not have a paddock stand and were using a hydraulic jack to lift the bike. I expressed my concern but couldnt do much as they have already opened one wheel.While the front wheel was open, the bike was standing on rear wheel, side stand and hydraulic jack. A customer of theirs came in to get his car alignment done and in the process of getting the car in, he hit the jack and as a result the bike fell on the ground. Clutch lever and handle bar got bent. I asked them politely to get the handle bar replaced and clutch can be bent back.But to that they kept on saying that its not their problem, or they will get it bent back in place using manual/hydraulic methods at a local mechanic the results of which could be questionable.At this point I had to walk away from them as they were behaving rude and hostile while the guy who seemed to be the manager was out for the day.Final thing is that they have ruined my experience of buying new tyres for a price of 11400 go in vain because of all this.They are yet to provide a resolution and are asking me to come over again so that one more guy will look at it and assess the damage.

I have asked for motorcycle tube replacement and 4 local mechanic in same street said not less than 350 for cheap quality 100 ruppes dolfin and SSL tubes, I came here and the tube got Original CEAT tube for 300 and fitting charges were 50. Total cost 350. I would suggest this place. They also respond to your queries on phone.

I reached this shop to change my tubeless tyre since even after puncture fix in another shop tyre loses air after some time compared to others. Experts quickly removed the tyre, checked at once and just changed the valve. They didnt changed to new tyre once I requested and even they didnt charge a rupee for this service.
