Banashankari is one the largest locality in Bangalore, located on the junction of Outer Ring Road (ORR), Mysore Road, and Kanakapura Road...Banashankari is a good locality... It has good connectivity to schools, colleges, hospital, markets, malls, banks and ATMs..It is well connected by trains, buses and public transports...Excellent commercial location with enormous visibility..foot and vehicular traffic... Excellent front elevation and appearance..Banshankari is the one of the old and prime locality of Bangalore South...
Wow nice area in bangalore, the lord banashankari devi temple there, bus stand is fully cleaned and near to metro station also there
Very good Bus stand, Not much Volvo buses to Kengeri Yeswanthpur location. Comparing with other TTMC its average but parking and basic amenities available here metro station is just walkable distance hardly 100m. If you are an outsider easily you can check the display to find the bus number where you want to go
I have parked my vehicle in lockdown time..So kindly let me know its safe or not..
Very good place to visit
Banashankari bus stand is one of the major points in Bangalore. Its located on the intersection of kanakpura road and marenahalli road / or the road towards silk board. From here, busses are available to all the major parts of Bangalore. From regular busses to air conditioned Volvo busses are available with good frequency.Visible in traffic, easy to locate, with just a few meters away from the banashankari metro station.Drinking water and bathrooms are available at the building. Parking is also available. A couple of eateries are available at the building and nearby. ATM machines are also available.Cleanliness can be improved. The flow of busses to and fro from this place is a bit of a drag. As once a couple of busses come inside the building and are parked next to each other, there is no way any other bus can pass them due to the unavailability of space. Unless they drive in to the parallel platform.Pickpocketing is a major thing at the platforms, please be very careful with your belongings ( especially mobile phones and wallets ) as the cameras at the bus stand are covered up sometimes, rendering them useless, resulting in no proof of pickpocketing happening to you.
Nice, I liked the temple
Good place hellfully
Good Bus Terminal. Situated near Banashankari Temple off Kanakapura Road. Well connected to all parts of city and rural areas. Well maintained.
Not much bad

Commercial and residential area in South Bangalore
One of the important and well maintained Bus Station of Bangalore with all local amenities. Atm, Restaurant and Rest room facilities are available here. Also it is very close to Banashankari Metro Station and Banashankari Temple. Monthly BMTC Passes are available here. It will be heavy rush at peak hours. There may be a wait for bus at times on some routes like Shantinagar or Shivajinagar. Underground parking is available.
Its a cool place 😉
Very nice place
A bus junction to full fill all the south Bangalore Bus commuters...Has connectivity to most parts of Bangalore from here....Added benefit is that of a Metro station...Has the famous Banashankari temple at few meters...Sarakki Vegetables market is only few meters away....Can get Auto rickshaws easily at this juncture..

Banashankari is a large area spread in Stages. More important is the area with Bus Terminal, Metro and Temple at one place. It gets the name from the Banashankari Amma temple. The Metro Station by the same name is adjacent to Temple. The Metro is very important to all, as it considerably reduces the travel time to Jalahalli to the north, Byappaanahalli to the northeast, Mysore road to the west. To visit famous Banashankari Temple from anywhere in the world after reaching Bengaluru you can travel by Metro and drop at Banashankari Metro Station. When you come out there you stand in front of the temple. Get Goddesss blessings. Have noon Anna Prasadam and leave to any place by Metro or BMTC or KSRTC Buses. BMTC Bus terminal is just near, you can see from Temple.Take a day pass and roam whole of Bengaluru Urban and Rural districts. With BMTC day pass which is Rs 70, you can visit far places like Hoskote, Nagamangala, Sarjapur, Harohalli, Anekal, Hebbal, Yalahanka, Devanahalli, Whitefield, Bidadi, Peenya, Manchanabele, Magadi, Savandurg, Cubbon Park, Lalbagh, Kengeri, Bengaluru University Electronic City, Attibele etc,. From just near Banashankari Metro you get KSRTC Buses to Kanakapura, Kollegal, MM Betta, Hosur, etc,. Lots of educational institutions nearby. It is beautiful place. You get Airport Volvo buses from Banashankari. Frequency is bit less. In all respects it is a very good place. If you are hungry anytime between 6:00AM and 9.30PM, you have very good restaurant Shri Krishna Bhavana in the Banashankari TTMC. Enjoy the tasty food here. At one place you have Metro Station, famous Temple, City Bus Stand, KSRTC Bus Stand, Good Hotel with reasonable price tag, fruit and vegetable market that is BANASHANKARI. Visit and feel the buzz. Good luck.
Well organized bus stand, its clean and neat. Buses will not stand for more than 1min, as they come, they leave. Frequency of busses for different part of city is high. And its most of the time highly crowded.
Huge rush for buses during peak hours, management should control public during bus boarding, I lost my Mobile once while boarding. Be careful while in rush at this place. It is said to be hub for Pick pocketers

Decent look,Crowdy station,Buses are available anytime. Now comes the critical part:Very unprofessional/rude and Stupidly accomadated staff members who deserve dog poop as their salary.Honestly! Every person who visites the staff is illtreared. The employees think were beggers for help.Me and my team have seen many people being abused in public by these staff members.Little kids are literally rained with abusive words by the retard staff.Beware:Stay away from staff cause they are kings/queens of thier poultry place.
