Not a good experience... The service of my r15 was done there and they just replaced the spare parts and not repaired the bend of the footrest, tail lamp and even the slack of the chain. And they kept me waiting till 7:30 for nothing. If you are an R15 user, please find another good center.

Never buy anything from here. They are frauds. Buying time they told that seat cover is free of cost, but right now seat cover is not available, we will provide you 1st or 2nd servicing time. But they had taken 450/-and did not provide me the invoice till the 5th service. Every time they told me that server is down we can not provide you the invoices. After complaining to Yamaha finally, I got my invoices. They took lots of extra charges in servicing time and did nothing. And one more thing, they took 10k for bike insurance for 1st and 3rd parties. After 1 year 1st, parties insurance is over. only 3rd parties insurance is left for 4 years. They took 198k for fz25.Pls ask invoice whenever you do your bike service. Pls Never buy anything from here.......After posting the review, they called me and told me to remove the review. They will refund the money (425/-).Again They called and told me that come for bike servicing, We will adjust the amount from there. I told them I dont want your service and Refund. I will share the review every where. please, share the review.

It was a great experience throughout the process from booking till getting delivery of my fz25 moto gp edition. They helped installing mobile holder that I bought on the day of delivery. For the paid service they charge crazy price, and for every thing asked they say its branded sir this is the price and stuff arent ready to listen to what you say..I was standing rite there, and my bike had completed 14k kms, they said this is broken, that is broken and just keep adding those things to the bill.Service was good though, but decided never visiting this showroom again for servicing my bike.

If you are rich enough and you have much money and you dont know how to spend it... you can visit this show room. Since 2 years i had given in many service centers and it didnt cross more than 1500rs for servicing. This fellows had billed me around 5k and they didnt even provide the bill. thrice i have asked and they told like software issue and they didnt give printed bill. I got a problem after one day and visited the center they are telling non sense u need to change some parts... before servicing everthing was good after servicing problem occured . Just understand the pain for typing this much. I suggest you people not to visit this show room. marathahlli, krpuram and indra nagar showroom service centers are far better from them....when i dropped the vehicle over der and they gave the price estimation... i asked them why this much amount you are charging... that executive had simply told due to corona the prices are increased ..... since one and half year corona is der ... i had given 5 times in this duration but they didnt charge more than 1500 in any yamaha showroom and even they had given printed bill..... better stop cheating the customers ......

Had been here to check out FZS and R series bikes for my brother. The showroom is neat, has good lighting and lot of space to check out 360 view of many of the bike models. Saying this specifically as many showrooms do not have much moving space or are not well lit. One other thing is bikes on display inside the showroom were dust free which creates a good impression on customers as compared to other showrooms.This show room is easy to locate with a landmark like Forum value/Neighborhood Mall close by and also has service centre adjoint to it. One of the guys who had a cool looking Yamaha Branded T shirt came over, enquired about which bikes we were interested in and explained the bikes features. He then mentioned pricing/warranty details. The so called offers available on the selected bikes were just seat cover, buzzer and a guard set considering that purchase would be a costly bike. We expected that a brochure and price list would be given, however had to end up asking for it ( just mentioning it..)We asked him about his opinion on which of the bikes would be more ergonomic for tall riders (more than 6). After his suggestions, we asked for a test ride and got the keys. As usual, we gave the DL as is asked by showroom people when taking a test ride. Both of us took a test ride and came back with a smile having ridden amazing machines. Even on the bikes used for test rides( well maintained), one can see that refinement is top notch when moving up from 150cc bikes(exception: R series). Returned keys and got DL back. Overall, we were happy with initial experience at this showroom and would return once the bike is finalized.

Good response.Tool kit not provide more, only one Screw driver.But after bike first service some bolts missing at tank and not fiited properlly. I didnt check that time, plastic joints broken. I attached images. I will check with them next service.

Very great service engineers who listen to customers queries so patiently and act accordingly to make the vehicle better. Praveen is a service engineer who would suggest you good practices to keep your vehicle perform best. He is one of the most polite and humble person.Kapil is the service lead here who would check with each customer about satisfaction level. He ensures that customer get his vehicle after all the checks done properly. One instance to quote - who checks if first-aid kit is properly placed or not in the bike! But staff here, does that.Just walk here for anything in your Yamaha vehicle and rest assured!

Not doing proper service for the bike

I went intra nagar , banglour to take bike fzs fi v3 but discussion they are ready to give me in 1.32 lac but when I went they are giving buy on time that why I took bike from white field yamaha motors I meet with Robin sir he provided bike in less price with all accessories and his nature is very nice to customer.

Very bad service. Mrf tyre warranty comes with 6 years, these ppl will give one year, Fraud. For small repair they change the parts itself. 👏🙏

I went for 5th free service at morning 8.30(10th July) am but I got my bike at 12.45 only they serviced only for 25 min but waiting time was more thy changed engine oil , rear break pad and thy didnt fixed it properly some unwanted noise was coming again I have visited to fix it , didnt clean the air filter also and for cleaning fuel injection thy have charged but fuel injection was not cleaned after applying polish bike was sticky sticky ,and clutch adjustment also not done, issue is diagnosed properly but repairing is not much as expected .

Bike servicing was good all the issue are fixed and the bike is serviced properly. I will give 4.5 star for servicing.

Whitefield Yamaha deals with sales and service of Yahama bikes. Sales and service quality both are good. On weekday the rush is little less for service. They(service) open at 8:30 am in the morning. Sales after 10 am. Service experience was good. They delivered the bike on time with the replacement parts and oil container. They do not deal with superbike like R1, MT-09.

I got the fascino 125 vehicle from this showroom last week and delivery was on time. Robin bro helped me a lot. The scooter is simply superb. But it would be great if they provide all the accessories like fixed floor mat, convenient hook, ladies handle bar. I couldnt get them here. Looks like, I need to get them in some other showrooms.
