Worst service center they never resolve your issue...... and they ask you to come back again and again to they service center........They simply change your parts and seek the money out of your pocket!! Its a scam Service center i wast 2200 here and none of my bike issue has been solved!!
I apologise if it hurt the feelings of the top management. They did not mention in the beginning that if I make payment via card I will be charged 2% on the amount for convenience. When argued upon the top management reply is only for your case we would charge 1%. Which they did. My only point was I could pay 2% if I was informed earlier. Ramya, Neethu, Chandu are smiling and charming people at the showroom who deserve appreciation but the top management is not mature enough to subside a heated argument. More decipline required. The product though is great and Bajaj being the best at what it delivers the unworthy top management is what they should look forward to improve. With all that negative energy aside. Cheers Bajaj!
Worst customer service. This service center is not even eligible to give zero star also. Employees behavior is like that in govt. office(very much attitude, arrogant, superiority complex). I also found that they are stealing our petrol from bikes, when we leave them for service. We are not supposed to argue with them if we do so, then they go to such an extent & make fault repairs in our good conditioned bikes to get revenge. This was my personal experience & I would highly not recommend it. Even now if you like get service from here, then god bless your bike & wallet.
This is not my 1st visit to service , poor service and carelessness , I had a complaint exhaust has removed so I took my bike to the service , even I replaced the new rubber cover costs 91rs its just a minute work for that they charged me 118rs replacement charges including tax and GST itseems... totally I paid 210rsI paid everything and took my bike and the very next day same again the exhaust got removed suddenly when Im in main road.. this is what you guys work ??Irrespective, irresponsible and not fit for the job.Showroom is bit descent compared to service.

We had given our Bike for service at Anant Bajaj, laggere. We were charged for spare parts Rs. 3200/-, Labour charge 800/- and service charge 400/- . We accept unsurely the spare parts costs though it is company manufactured they have charged 3200/- . Service charge is bearable. But We dont understand the point of Labour charges, which was charged for each and every item replaced such as screw, spring, switch rear brake etc. They have charged excess which is not acceptable. When this query was raised, there was no proper response from the team. Totally disappointed with this excess charges billed to us. This needs to be checked on priority or definitely will lead to losing the customers.
I bought pulsar 150 bike and but didnt get Petrol tank cover and seat cover.Almost 8 months got over, The sales girl Neetu told We will give you in first service, still didnt get both item. I am asking from Jan 2021 She is giving irresponsible answer.In other showroom they providing many items to bike during bike delivery. I didnt get any item from this showroom.

Not satisfied with Ananth bajaj service.i couldnt find any difference between the local garage and with this showroom. Worst service I have ever seen before. Last year I had given my bike for full engine service but my bike had not even reached 10000km but again got engine seized. And for every 2500 km gave service around 3 times in Ananth Bajaj showroom only. Showroom advisory Mr. Balaji gave a fake news regarding there z a mixture of petrol and diesel. When I argue to give a written letter then they apologised with GM. After all the rash argument they gave service to my bike with 13k charges. But I went to the police and lunched compliment against them later paid 6.5k. 6.5k z utter loss for me. I wont leave ma bike to this showroom any more and not even refer anybody to this worst showroom.

Found this place on google maps and it was close to my house. Initially I had doubts when I went through some of the previous reviews, however, Neetu and Aishwarya from sales were very kind in explaining the options available in Bajaj Avenger 220 CC Bikes. They were doing their job, however, I think they were doing it very well. I got all the information to take a well informed decision.

I should wait 3 moths to receive #plate, still iam waiting to receive RC from RTO, when i went and enquired in RTO, they said from the showroom they are not submit related documents!!!!!!!!When I called and ask showroom people they are unaware, start giving unjustified answers again i need to wait another 45days to get RC because of showroom peoples negligence.They will take care till we buy, after that we hav to run behind of them.....Unfair service 👎

I took pulser 125 from this show room at Dec 2020, I got the RC card March 2021 end only. I have suffered lot to get the RC. Regularly I called customer support. I got worst experience from this. Finally I went to RTO office and got the RC card. Even pulser 125 bike also not good for mileage. If I travel normal speed also I am getting less than 50 km per litre.
This is oneif the worst showroom to buy your bike, if you purchase here the day you buy your bike.. you loose all you happiness, sales executive is least bother about the customer nor his bike.I would recommend khiviraj bajaj.. they have the best customer service.You will definitely regret after buying your bike, like I do!

3rd class service center its not even worth comparing to local service centers u people dont deserve to get even compared with them frauds i had given my bike for leakage issues and it wasnt solved and i was charged and i went back again and the advisor name is prakash guys trust me go to local mechanics they do respect what ever it is and try to figure out if not possible they will not charge u like these people did remolding charges 500 + tax wow i shd be paying for your mistakes u people didnt solve it properly and i shd pay every time for your stupidity never gonna visit this place again i used to be ur customer maintain regularly since 2 years and it ends now

Without registration vehicles will not be given to customers. After payment we need to wait for one week to get the bike in hand.EMI Charges are more as compared to other showrooms.Vehicles are not available which is required when we went to showroom.

Service timing is really very bad..they tell they take bikes at 8:30 am..its very late..upon this no one comes Der at 8:30..thy will start by only 8:45..u have to wait minimum half n hour if there are 4to 5 bikes..only one person will be available at 8:45..rest will start coming by 9:15or 9:30... really worst experience...and ya continued... evening for taking bike I had to wait for 40minutes...such worst experience.... good bye Anant Bajaj
