Its just a ordinary service center for Maruti vehicles, lack of skilled labourers and poor in understanding and realizing customers grievance and problems which they are facing with their dream cars. So its better to further train the maintenance and service engineer and Foreman, so atleast they will be capable of listening the heartbeat of cars.

Mr. Jagdish is a very good car service advisor, he takes his personal interest and advises honest requirements only. Also Mr. Vinay (Electrical mechanic) was very friendly and helpful, he was able to identify the problem in our car and did his best service.

The problem is in labour charges not just at Kalyani but at all DEALER points. Whereas if compared to service labour rates at nexus MASS points. There is an approximate 50% price inflation in labour rates at dealer points, which is huge.Maruti Suzuki has an unacceptable service labour charges policy across different service center models. Apparently the service labour charges in tire 2 and 3 towns are even lesser for the same job. Note that all the job done is absolutely the same and all of them are authorised services. Then why is this different policy.This would never encourage me to go back to a dealer service point again in future.Kindly note this review is in general against all Maruti Suzuki DEALER service network.

Service center is well maintained and proper attention is given to customers but pricing is a bit uncontrolled. Miscellaneous expenses are too much, like super cleaners, greasing, checking of fluids, etc. The cleaning guys dont give too much attention to detail, like we have to be personally check the vehicle for undone services, for example, removal of stickers form the windscreen, rear trunk dusting, interior cleaning, foot pads, etc. But it can also be a better experience with people too and this was just personal experience with multiple times. Overall good quality.

I had left my car for around 7 days for diesel pump issue., and u guys gave my car without repairing, how can u people deliver d car with out fixing coolant. Horrible service please avoid1) I had given my car for certain repair and cleaning and when the car was returned to me certain parts (fuel gauge and the music system) were not working2) The service center neither acknowledged the fault while returning the car to me.3) When I found out about it on my way back I informed the garage.4) I took the car again to the service station and instead of rectifying their mistake they created more problems.5) while most of the charge was for cleaning services the job was so badly done that I had to go to a water station to get it washed again right after taking delivery of my car!!Please avoid if possible, there are many other maruti service stations in Bangalore providing better and professional services. For a service which they charged RS. 2000 for me was done at nominal cost for me in Mandovi Service station in vijaynagar.

BIG TIME FRAUDS.. Well, I had received a coupon from garuda maruti for free wheel alignment and general service because I had opted for vehicle insurance from them and when I gave my car for service to my dismay they had charged me 8K for nothing and said your coupon is only for general body check up and not general service, the executive who attended was Mr. Pramod (reckless guy) who initially told we will make sure to give best service and gave a PATHETIC service. I got full body car rubbing but I saw the entire car was just done with water wash and scratches remained intact like before, they had exchanged the leg mats and inside the car the dashboard spray was left to dry without cleaning , hence I took the car to the showroom after 3 days and calld Pramod, he said I am on leave how can you come today and that too without informing me and started speaking in singular terms..it shows how sub-standard executives are maligning Maruti brand by cheap talks, but I got help from Harsh another executive who took responsibility and helped me to get my work done immediately...Garuda Maruti its big time you restructure your executives with educated people..never gonna come back

Located at an ideal location. Charges are a bit higher. The services were good. Well behaved staff.

In spite exorbitant charges for general service there were serious discrepancies at this service center on kanakpura Road,whenever I give my car for the service.​This time I found the following shortcomings:1. The petrol tank cap missing and and they replaced with a rubber pad.2. I had almost 7 liters of petrol and when I took delivery only 2 liters left behind.3. The vehicle reversal music disconnected.4. Front speakers not working.5. Handle missing non top of the drivers seat.
