Today I have happen to visit for my first service of i20. Very friendly staff. The receptionist Ms Vani was very welcoming, assigned the service advisor Mr Harish. Mr Harish was very friendly, answered the queries I had. It was finally handed over to Mr Chidananad who in no time finished the general check up and with help of his colleagues completed the top up. I got my car roughly within 2 hours of time as promised by them.Thanks to Mr Mohan, Ms Vani , Mr Harish and Mr Chidananad.This is my first Hyundai car and I was very happy with service.I would recommend this service centre.The service centre is neat and clean.

Service charges are too high. With that price I would have serviced 3 times in different service center. Better find a trusted service center instead. I do not recommend this.

To sump up in three words: Excellent customer service. Jayaranga is an awesome advisor there, have been getting my car service by him for the last 7 years now.

Very curtious and professional people. Mr Shreekar was my car service advisor and he was good in his work. The car was examined properly before taking for service and a rough estimate was provided. Fortunately there was no additional work required and the gave a decent discount as well. Overall Im happy with their service.

The service bill was shot over 30k due parts replacement. I had checked the other experts and they said it could have done for just 1/3rd of price. Their model of just replace is will truly burn a whole in pocket. As they will earn sale of parts. Its better to recheck with someone else before believing them of they only replacing is option left.

Worst experience ever. Gave my vehicle for service and EPS motor replacement . They took 3 days for service. Interesting fact is that They had driven 200kms, when I got my car back after service. They could not give justification for this 200kms. ಎಂತ ಕಳ್ಳರು ಇವರು.I suggest people not to give for service in this service centre. Hyundai should ban their franchise.

Highly professional and friendly staff. Clear explanation provided to the customer about what needs to be done and why. An estimate of the expenses likely to be incurred is given in advance so that we can plan accordingly.All the staff are courteous and ensure that the vehicle is fit and fine when it is delivered back to the customer after service. No hesitation to term them as car doctors.

Worst service experiance EVER i have faced! and second time in a row.. 1st time cleaning work was not done properly... Second time , that is today... After my car came from Service, i opened the bonut and saw and i see few things (Rubber which helps to close the banut) falling down and was Shocked! Cleaning work was also not so great.. I feel the same way my car was b4 service! Disappointed!!!! Price is also not so great... My interaction was with Ranga (Service engineer) and Madhusudan... Decided to not take anymore service from here in future!!

I visited this service centre last sunday due to minor rat bite and minor issue symbol on dash board. Service centre located in very cool and calm place. Huge parking. Receptionist are very helpful and approachable. Met Mr Chandru and Mr Suhas. I explained about my cancerns about my car and my budget. Mr Chandru gave me 100% assurance that car will be ready with in my budget and he did it. I am very much happy and thankful to entire team. I will visit regularly from now onwards. Thanks.

Visited the center for servicing my car, its quite neatly maintained by taking all the precautionary measure like thermal scan and sanitation for each of the visitors, the servicing part was taken care very well by Mr.Sashi, and the insurance team cooperated very well, overall satisfactory, Keep it up.

Had a very good experience will the service, technicians have very good knowledge and have the patience to listen to my problems. also i seen cleanliness and precautionary measure taken especially for COVID-19. A great experience as always with Advaith Hyundai subhramanyapura service center, prompt action towards my repair work in this COVID 19 situation. The repair person was also sent on an early note at my house premoaes to take care of the repair. During my visit to the service center, I was happy to see the precautionary measures to fight COVID 19. Thermal scanning, sanitization for hands and spraying of the disinfectant before and after the repair work was made mandatory. A very good service provided for my i10 car. They dont usually go for replacement of parts all of a sudden. They take time to diagnose the problem and provide suitable service at affordable rates after taking to the customer. The reminder for service also is very prompt. Its a nice place. Nice people, always busy and I am certain youll get the due attention properly. Nice and clean waiting lounge, books and TV to keep you engaged. Your car will be taken proper care.The only cringe is youll get what you have asked for. I mean, if you have any problem, they will attend to it and solve it. But they will not provide any new suggestions or advises for that matter. If you want to embellish your car aesthetically with certain ideas, you will be disappointed. And properly they will be airways shortage of those things. Either not available or they will get it somehow.We expect them to solve all our car problems in a single shot, rather visiting them for individual thing, again and again which is a practical problem.Overall, its a fine place and youll get your work done.

Overhaul of my i10 auto. Done wonderfully.. took 4 days, but I was in no hurry.. will surely recommend this n place for service..

Going there has now become more organized. At foothill of Gopalswamy Betta, you need to park your vehicle and take KSRTC bus. Public vehicles are not allowed to climb up. KSRTC would charge Rs50/- for to and fro..nice scenic place and temple is also good.

Very good expertise and caring.The actual cost was very close to the estimated amount. The staff were very transparent about everything and kept me in the loop. The manager was also directly accessible.To my surprise, they advised me on how to economise the servicing expenses. They also dropped the car all the way to electronic city!

Worst Centre. had to wait for around 30 minutes for an advisor. Finally they will connect to an advisor over phone and he asks to leave vehicle for the day and go. Worst professionals, finally I never gave the vehicle to these guys, with such a behavior you know what you will get in return.

Decent place, professional service. This place is good and Service advisors are good. But the place is far from main road; its not convenient while going back especially when you come here for dropping the vehicle for service. Instead of offering car pickup drop service, Advaith shall offer customer drop / pickup service who are coming here for servicing their vehicle.
