But the main area is shown completely sold out and I guess that’s fake because they would like to seek them for higher better price for profits once all other areas are filled upSuch cheap tricks. It’s us who bring them vale buy purchasing surrounding properties. They are making complete business on us not on flats.Every body has dreams so don’t fall for false promises

All 5 stars to this Builder given by their staffs, actually this builder is cheap class. Their engineers are worst. If you visit Pioneer SunBlossom in electronic city, you will get to know construction flaws. Third class equipments in the gym, it cannot even last for 6 months. Swimming pool promise is fake. Block B construction in Pioneer SunBlossom is fake. There is no plan to construct Block B. Builder sold its pathway to other apartment and now it is no more a closed society. Rather it is termed an open society with no proper security. They say 24x7 electricity by Generator which is a false promise. Building outer paint is not weather coat. Just in 2 years it looks 6 years old apartment. Just give a visit to Pioneer SunBlossom. Solar will not work after 6 months due to bad quality product. Such a pathetic material used. However they will charge 45k for solar for top floor. Intercom has not been set even after 4 year of stay in this society. Balcony paint is worst. It will give you white patches just in a year. Then you play chuna chuna tattak chuna song. Builder will not return Association fund even after 4 years of association formation. No proper boundary wall. Dont trust this builder for any other construction. Just for 5-6 lacs of savings dont purchase flat in their construction. Party Hall is a myth. Pathetic construction and thought of the builder for party Hall.

Pionier Gardeniaa is a Nice property to invest. Very good location. Understood from existing residents that one swimming pool is not sufficient for 400+ plots and still the number is increasing. Also fixing of water line issues for few plots and development of lawn in few places in Pionier lifestyle is still pending.Hope builder takes care of these issues.

Purchased flat in whitefield what ever he promised builder provided of, cc, oc, amenities etc.. All staff will help at end of possession in the modification. Very close friendly climate... Go head

Cant trust this builder for any other project. This builder has a history of not completing any site properly. They leave the site once 70% flats are sold. And then builder will send only his namunaas to the site just for name sake. Builder promise is fake, dont ever trust this builder. Even if builder gives signed paper in their letter pad, dont trust. Take all the notice legally then builder will say they are bankrupt. Builder will not even return association amount to the formed association. If you really want to understand about this untrusty builder, visit its site in Kengeri and Electronic City(preferred). You will surely fooled from builder if you trust this builder. Builder will promise that his site has CC and OC available, community hall, maintenance and many others but truly say nothing is confirmed. Cheap Builder.
