Very good apartment with well established amenities!! Cool place!!

Very good construction. Conveniently planned. Location is quite far off, but in an upcoming area of Bangalore. Somehow we were neither impressed by the marketing people nor by their offers which appeared to be very high for the selected property.

*** Please be aware of these Highly Ego filled sales staff. They treat their customers as whatever.

Its quite a new apartment complex coming up and few flats already occupied. Seems a small and compact Apartment and still the new blocks are in process of construction. Location is ideal as lots of shops and a hyper market right close to it , a walkable distance and other restaurants near by. Ideal for small family and people working near to Yelahanka

Rms are very arrogant, email or phone response are not up to the mark. Even they are not maintaining payment database properly. Ill be getting payment reminder from them even after making the payment. They are very prompt in asking and raise demand letter but not in resolving owner concern on time.

Visited my colleagues appartment in Godrej Avenues.Gated society ,well maintained .Supermarket, restaraunts are at the walkable distance.

Overall project seems good.only concerns is the way it marketed by their channel partner and goderej team..lot of hidden charges..Foe example I connected with them after seeing the price of 72 lacs..they took my 30 minutes and what finial price they Quoted?Guess??....Its 90 Lacs..but its true...Genuinely unprofessional way of marketing..its not good for brand like godrej..

Good atmosphere with standard infrastructures. Amenities and quality of work is also good. Highway approach is really advantage.

I visited the place for buying a flat. Flats in Phase 1 looks well maintained. The finish quality from Godrej is really appreciable.My concern was on open space available in society. The area for amenities excluding club house looks small and cramped. Also I spotted some monkeys inside, not sure if that was first time. That made me feel a bit uncomfortable

Lot of registration irregularities. Even after 2 months of completion of registration, the requisite documents are still not handed over to us. And now they are demanding extra money, for their mistakes. Very poor knowledged staff.

Your salespeople speak with extreme attitude and instead of attracting customers, they tend to send them away with their attitude. After I put inquiry on your website, I have been getting calls saying only 2 or 3 flats left and sky high prices, one agent quoting higher than the other. That can never be true, or else you will never advertise. Please note, people do not keep lakhs and lakhs of money at hand that you tell something and people will immediately invest. It is a life long decision for many and people need options and flexibility to choose from. Take it as genuine feedback and improve your sales services.

Rms here are very arrogant. Mails are not responded neither they lift the calls.Yes, they are very prompt in asking for payments only.I had a tough time for arranging a site visit . Yes if you are a new client sales staff will arrange the visit even in the pandemic..Again having a tough time for asking the dimensions of my unit.. still awaiting reply

The best one to select from ready to move in houses from close by locations. Construction quality is also good.

The property is small and with basic amenities like terrace pool. The phase 1 OC has been received but since club house will be ready after a year along with phase 2 . The property is just 200 meters from railway crossing and the flats are v small with windows like in a trajn ..

Nice Project on the highway opposite to the lake and in a serene atmosphere. Am sure this will be a landmark in Yelahanka. Landscaping of the Project is too good.

The Magic of service proclaimed the signage at the entrance. What followed was a refusal to serve unless I gave my phone no. (An invasion of privacy) and thereafter insisting that if I did not provide the OTP. As my phone was in my car, I requested that I needed info on the project and did not want to be called in future with marketing calls. The lady said no otp, no service. Well the magic of service rules at Godrej Yelahanka. Enjoy your visit 🤡

General information given is cost per square foot and a final ballpark figure which is not explained. Model apartment has not been built. Visit to a vantage point for visual appraisal of the estate is also denied. Visit to the site gets one nothing beyond what the website gives.

Location is really good. Happie that they give work and life balanced living. Totally liked it😃. And the amenities tooo.....

While project attracts you for its location and price, the sales person just gives opposite feeling. When I visited the project, the behaviour was arrogant, model flat was not available, no proper project explanation. Schemes seem to be misleading. And yet, they said that swipe CC for Rs.50,000. That way we will lock the rate and later when the model flat is ready, you decide whether you want to buy. If you dont then your 50K is gone :). I felt as if they dont need customers, they are already in demand!

One of the worst property. Godrej ahs appointed some dumb idiots in sales , does not even have basic training handling customers. lost an easy sale of 2.5BHK flat. They dont even know the basic selling price and charges to be paid to Govt and towards amenities. No knowledge of what they are selling. better to make them sit in yelahanka sabji mandi.

Location is wrong!!! It is in avalahalli /muddanahalli after vajram tiara. Not much progress on construction. I visited the site recently and the meeting with sales person is very discouraging. He seems not interested in responding to our queries.
