Bad commitment towards completion of work, leaves owners to deal all legal issues, our property had legal issues still not resolved, design quality is horrible, we do not even have a proper entrance .. on the top of it we need to deal with neighbouring apt for entry ... how ridiculous... Recently we had frequent flooding and we ended up spending 4lac from our pocket ... This is builder with no commitment....

Most of Krishvis projects have major issues which usually comes up after handing over the project to the association. Due to lack of quality materials used the issues of electrical, plumbing and mechanical are so expensive that it sometimes requires a complete system replacement, the expense for the same is borne by the residents in the form of maintenance charges which is tremendously high.Overall krishvi is a very unprofessional & unreliable company.Please dont believe the 5 start rating in the review section as most of them are their own staff members.

We were so fortunate to have found Krishvi Statura when we started looking for 3bhk apartment for us. We found the right apartment in the right neighborhood for the right price. The units are bigger than other projects we visited but a growing family will always need larger place for themselves. What we really liked was management’s involvement in explaining the construction schedule and specification. Overall good experience. Thanks, Krishvi Projects team. We would recommend them to anyone.
