I had blocked at Mysore but unfortunately it was delayed hence it has been transferred to Bagepalli with help of Karunakar and Shyam.Great support and guidance.

Hi Everyone, to just inform how this San group of companies plays with people money, In 2016 i blocked two sites 2400 sqft in my wifes name for Sancity Gold Gauribindnur paid full cash of of Rs. 3,60,000/- to two culprits Prasad executive and Manjunath from RPC layout, both this idoits no more in this useless company. after repeated calls and visiting office last year I got an letter informing please visit office and Shankar MJ was assigned for our registration to our shock they have asked me pay 93K per site inclusive of registration, water charges electricity charges etc., believing I am going get the site registered,I paid 186,000/-. in month of Feb 2020, they informed they will call in another 15days registration will done.believe in me after that nobody called or nobody is ready to my calls if you visit to office in Magadi Road no body will be there.around three months back one executive by name Krishna called up and informed please come to office we will do the registration, he introduced to his superior Manager Harasha he advised since Gold is not going registered near future there is lot litigation, so you change it to near Hunsur Lake View for the same price but single site 1500 sqft (instead of two), he sent me sale deed and asked me to check everything is fine and this is before covid in the month of April 21.till date there is no response from Harsha or Krishna or any other so called super cheaters.Mr. Kariappa i believe you are Chairman if you see this message please respond or if you cant do the registration then please pay back my harden money.if you are really an Gentlemen please reply.Note; Sites booked in name of Kumari Lavanya Prasad

I dont want to give a single star. first of all they wont deserve star. Very very poor response from all staff. Before payment they will speak very nice in such a way that registeration will be going to happen next day itself & after payment NO REGISTER & NO CALL. If we call to know the status of site Mr. Amith will cut the call & he does not have a courtesy to call back. If we try to contact Pavithra her phone ringing but no response. Lavany number switch off. Please dont book site nor recommend any one to this property center. These all people are fraud & unfit.

Dont deserve for any stars but due to good employees given 1 star...I should mention Mr.Karunakar name he is very good human being due to his effort after 5 years my site has been registered.. still not happy because site allocated in different project... site registered in different project and City.

DONT INVEST AND LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY......Dont Go with their false promises.If think you have alot of money and your fine if it is lost, then you can think of investing in their projects becuase you never see return of it.I have brought two sites in Kevri project in year 2015...Initally their executives are behind me to register and pay the advance booking and promised that it will get registered with in year.. since then it is five years now. Even after paying the full amount including the stamp duty, still the registration didnot happen each time i call them and go their office which is 50KMS from my place they only extend it from next 6 months... I am not sure how someone can do this people who put their hard earned money.. Looks like they really dont care of people who invested.When i have asked for refund they said cannot refund ...I have got fed up the responses and logged a compaint with RERA , Hopefully i will find some soultion from the govt authorityMy suggestion to people who are planning to invest there to go through their agreement and make sure they add refund clasue if they fail to do registration as promise. And remove the caluse of renewal and getting sites in aother projects if they fail to register with in promised date.

Money invested did not get lost completely. Huge delay, poor response however, got site registered after 2 years. There few representatives ( Shyam , Anil) who responded well and ensured I did get my site registered.

Finally i got my site registered. My wait was worthful at last. Value for money and investment.

It has been tough time we had after investing in vsan initially we booked in Blue Bell not converted didnt get site. Later amount not returned hence kept as deposit but deposit amt also not received. Then instead of amount again as a return take another site near Gudibande that is gold project even by paying registering amount i.e stamp duty from my hand only. Atleast nothing is better than something. Hope the registered site is clean clear that there should not be any false or wrong. Thanks to Shyam who helped in this and assuring in returning of stamp duty amt what I apid from my hand from VSAN

This company is a scam! Its been 3 years and these people havent registered the site in our name. They call and hurry you into paying up the full amount but do not communicate for years post that. I purchased a plot in the Kaveri Layout in 2015... after repeated follow up..they finally agreed for registration and took one more lakh of rupees in Dec 2019.. saying the registration will complete in april 2020... but untill now no updates from them.. the person incharge doesnt respond to my calls... no idea whom to contact.. i understand the covid-19 pandemic has caused delay in lots of things.. but now when lots of things are getting back in place i hope i get some news from them... finally not worth taking all the risk.. the interest they show in selling and marketing their deals is not shown in delivering what is promised.. I still wonder how a common man will get a hold of the piece of land even after registration am sure is not going to be an easy task...lesson learnt is do not become an easy pray to the marketing gimmics..
