There is no option to rate them negative. For free visit they didnt provide door pick up. They told us to travel half the distance on our own.They insist us to book/block them by paying Rs. 50000 for which they will not provide any receipt.For some reason I wanted to cancel they make us to go to their office, sign on cancellation letter (not a letterhead). They said maximum 90 days will take to return my money. Even after 90 days they still didnt pay and least bothered to call me and inform abt the late payment..I followed up many a times nd now giving lockdown reason..worst management services and no value for customers.. DONT TRUST THIS PROPERTY PEOPLE. WHAT EVER THEY SAY IS ALL FAKE

If any negative starring is available, I would like to give them. Because this developer take people to free site visits, the site numbers are jumbled here and there, the layout looks like issued to a minority class and unauthorizedly this people are showing that as their own layouts for sale, but do not provide any relevant documents. they show that only 1 or 2 sites as available for sale and insist us to book/block them by paying Rs.10000 for which they will not provide any receipt. If you insist them for receipt, they will give some receipt without their registration no on that. If we ask them cancel and return the booking amount, they make us to go to their office, take sign on cancellation letter (not a letterhead) typed and take our sign on that and ask us wait for 30 days, even after that would not be able to pay the amount. still struggling for my amount. DO NOT GO BY ANY TV ADS.

Had visited the property on 1st JAN 2020,my main concern is whether the property will come under Blore Rural or it comes under Doddaballapur district?during the visit their guy conveyed that still 250 or more plots are available but in east facing only 1 plot is available and its something fishy what I observed,another concern is property has B khata plots and not approved by any authority

And they took us to a discussion room where wirhiw few mins guy asked us about how we r booking the plots now with cash or cheque. Without even taking us to site place. When we said we havent seen the site. An we want to visit site then we discuss. Then he goes out n comes back saying we dont have any vehicle available for site visit. .. go here only if u want to book the site immediately blindly. Else they ll send u back... Time waste..

Most of the reviews are in girl name because those are their tele-calling girls who are working in AB Properties and they force them to give a positive reviews or else they will hold their salary. Most Un - trusted company. After we give money they dont even bother to give you an update or respond on the WhatsApp group created by them. I think they are using our money to acquire new land and start new projects. bogus worst company.

I was amazed seeing 4.5* ratings for this fraud company. Then I have gone through the reviews and came to know that the people given 5* ratings are employees of AB properties and you can understand that if u go through the reviewers profile because all those are youngsters or telecallers who are working in AB properties. Firstly they will pull the customers through phone by their colorful words and try to convince the customers for online booking but if customers asks for a site visit then they will call to their office and without even showing the site these money minded people will ask us the payment methods and convince to book the site...they will shows the site only if the customer is ready for booking...if customers asks time then they will ask to wait and after half an hour they will come and say like there is no vehicles to go site. They says that the sites are gram tana within village limit but the truth is those are revenue sites which are outside village limits and katha not possible. Dont waste your time and hard earned money by going to this fraud company.

We have visited the property in next to Nelamangal. its for away from Nelamangala and its a non remote area,road is very bad, and its a agreeculture land, there is no value of the current land its near to doddaballapura taluk,My suggestion Pls dont invest to this type of property. We bought plot during Jan 2019, registration done they said after registration katha will be done in with in 3months but it still not done, my mom call them everyday but they keep postponing the dates. Pls dont go for this.

I have purchased site near Nelamangla in 2019. before we purchase they interacted good with us and made us to book immediately and we booked the site and then we waited for 6 months for registration as they used to keep on postponing and finally registration done. but they had told that they issue KHATHA in 3 months. It is been now 3 years we have not got Khatha yet, They dont respond to our call.they used to tell Government has stopped giving Khatha now, once they start giving we will let you know, so we waited for 1 more year and asked them again then they started telling that due to Covid-19 Khatha are not happening we waiting for an another year again. now when i called and asked they are telling CM has changed so khatha are not happening. i wonder how come a CM change will affect on a small site documentation located in village!!I really have no trust on them now as tele caller girls are simply telling some reasons to customers. may be these tele caller girls are trained how to convince customer.Ananda Guruji gave the advertisement in TV that he also bought site there and promoted. So we trusted Guruji and bought this site and invested our hard earn money.My concern is why AB property dont respond to customer call and resolve their query? Are they honest? why are they not giving Khatha?
