Villa plots are there with lots of amenities. Addressmaker is marketing it. A lot of work is going on like overhead water tank, STP, ground levelling and artificial fire station and waterbody work.

It is very good project and was very happy when we visited the property for the first time.... We met sales person Harish who explained in and out of the project and we were very impressed with the way it was explained and we booked the plot on the spot... All our queries and concerns were very well managed and addressed with professionalism... Appreciate the project and the sales team approach ☺️

During our first visit to the site we found Mr.Harish very informative,courteous and knowledgeable who understands clients’ needs and answers accordingly. About the location of the project it’s good for those who like to enjoy the calm and serenity of nature away from the city life. The masterplan looks quite impressive and eye catching. However waiting to see the developer brings the project into reality.

Good prospect to be a great society. Located on the main road. No commercial establishments nearby as of now. It will be interesting to see how the area develops in another 3-4 years once people start settling in. However no connectivity issues unlike most of the villa projects now a days. Not sure how the traffic conditions will be on that road once more properties come up.

I happened to visit the project site of Imperial Address on my way to Alliance University, the entry arch design made me stop by and check out the project. I was surprised to see cement road leading from the main road and all the way to sales office, upon inquiry i was told by the sales team person that all roads in the project is going to be of cement concrete. The sales office is also impressive, i have collected all information from the sale person, shall visit once again with my family during weekend.

My search for a plot close to my work was on since January 2020 must have visited close to 15 properties until the Lockdown.Came across the Address maker’s new project on Anekal road . Since it was in its beginning development stage ,Visited their completed project on Sarjapur road to understand their execution and quality . Loved the way the property had been executed and planned .Then scheduled a site visit and visited the property , Could already see the quality work in progress and knew what to expect.Hope things go well with the closure.
