I personally like MK ahmed, reason being, we get everything , literally all materials, under one roof and secondly we can use sodexo card to buy things and they dont have restrictions just to food items like some other shops and marts. Also they have courteous and helpful staffs. Good job!!!!

Great assortment of products with many imported brands available. The products seem to be organised well and I found all that I was looking for easily.Store layout: (4/5)There are two floors that I shopped at. The ground had more of the food and chocolates and the first had all the personal care and detergents and other household things. Many places had some offer displayed which was nice to see. Also found some interesting brands like Dove Men+ which I did not realise was in India. Great selection of muesli and cereals.Staff: (4/5)The staff were all extremely helpful when I needed to find something. They went out of their way to get it for me.Summary: (4/5)I really liked my shopping experience here because of the wide selection of different products and the fact that the staff were so friendly and helped me locate things I was searching for. Perhaps not the most number of offers running, but there were some being displayed. All in all a great store and a fantastic space to shop.

You can get many things here but it will be of POOR QUALITY. I have seen insects in their Dal and rice. I have ended up buying expired products too.You can go here if you are looking for branded labels. Just dont buy anything there with MK Ahmed label especially food products because other things you can forgive.Please ensure you look at the expiry date of food products when you buy from here.

The most well stocked one stop shop in this part of J P Nagar. Friendly and helpful staff. They do make an honest effort to procure things that are not on the shelves or out of stock and when they ask you to leave your name and number with the item desired..they actually do call you and ask you to come pick it up once they get it! It is always a pleasure to shop here with their wide range of products in every department.

Ordered some items yesterday. After taking and confirming my order, the staff sends a message saying they wont deliver. When asked why, they said their manager Jamsheer said not to deliver. So guys, Jamsheer is the new Owner of MK, JP nagar and will monopolise there :) firstly as you all rightly put, many got cheated and as we now know the aggression from likes of Jamsheer, steer clear of this:) have reported this to JP nagar authorities along with screenshots. Have been harassed and cheated on bills also. Last month, Sangeeth who is a very irresponsible staff there - sends me a message saying his manager Jamsheer said I have not paid for one bill. I have sent him the bill payment screenshot. Then he said they did not notice that and said by mistake. This is the clumsiness and cheating - so if one is unaware, you will end up paying two or three times for same bill. Be careful!!!!!

Reliable and great quality. Better than other supermarkets. Service is quick and customer friendly. Collection is also comprehensive and fast moving thereby ensuring fresher manufacturing date items are available. They are also prompt in addressing any customer issue including any returns or quality issues. I find them better than the bigger super market chains. As a loyalty member you would get regular discounts as well. A little crunched for space. Parking is available and there is someone to guide you to park too.

If you are buying food products like pasta noodles and all better check it before and then buy it. Recently purchased pasta packet with the expiry date was till next year still found lots of small small insects inside. Lots of products available. Very well known store. But be careful check the product and then buy it. In house team should check for such products and remove it.

Part of a chain, the supermarket lives up to the reputation of no-nonsense, non-discount-giving, no-loyalty-program store, which believes in the USPs of convenient location, wide range of merchandise, decent quality and helpful staff. This particular outlet is multi-level, with an elevator. The ground floor is the busiest, with cereals, confectionery and other food items being available here. First floor is for cosmetics and stationary and second floor for the fancy gift items. Staff attitude is good, but their knowledge of products can be better. I have seen, but not availed, their home delivery.

This place doesnt even have a proper washroom. While I was shopping, I felt the need to visit one. And when I asked one of salesman for the washroom. He showed me the way and said its locked since there is no water supply. Are you serious!!!.A place where were 20-25 people work doesnt have a working washroom. Or rather that was just the reason to not to allow customers to use the washroom. I mean how could you be so insensitive towards people who are your source of earning bread. I am never visiting this place again!!!!

Barring, fruits, vegetables, and fresh meat you name a product, you can pick it up from MK store. Its location is advantage, for out doesnt miss when you pass through.The store is operating on three floors. Home needs are clearly segmented between floors. Shop on level 1 for groceries, canned food, frozen food, aerated drinks, milk, cheese, bakery products and confectioneries. Personal care and hygiene you will find on level 2 and all other items such as cutleries, electrical, domestic equipments you will find on level 3.You cant miss a florist, on the lower level, as you climb the stairs leading to the elevated level 1.Parking is ok, you will not miss a security when you lead your car there.Staff are generously willing to help.Overall, good experience, shopping in MKA

I have been going to this place from past 7 to 8 years maybe. Just love this place, isles are well maintained. Lot of options and the staff is very helpful.Once I got a detective hooka and the manager himself took care of it, called personally to apologise and within a week a better one was replaced for the same price.They surprise me with the options of products be it food, drinks, beauty products, household things, pet food, electronics, choice of gifts for any occasion. I just love going to this place and sure can find what I need. Staff is extra helpful and in case u dont find the item u need, they even offer to order it on your behalf.Glad this supermarket is near my place.

Most of the grocery item available. But price is on bit higher side. Staff is courteous but always seems to busy with doing nothing. Cashier was very rude and doesnt know how to treat customer. No proper maintenance of queue while making payment and cashier is willingly giving way to folks known to them. Nevertheless, quick place to shop for daily needs. Avoid weekend and evening time if youre looking for quick shipping needs.

As I am staying in a hotel I am glad to be able to stock up on cups of noodles, cereal, dry milk, and various snacks that are not terribly unhealthy.
