AIMS IBS has a very unique Induction program called ROOTS to FRUITS. Well my batch is just got completed with induction program. I have had a life time experience at AIMS IBS in these 30 days. We had corporate resource persons coming and taking sessions for us. Most of the times we had a concept of Learning from Activities. We had great persons like M. V. N Kashyap, who is a life coach and had gave us the experience of how life should be managed in a very suttle manner. We had am Adventure trip where we spent 2 days in a resort with our faculties having great adventures like Trekking, Zip line swinging and many more which has not only helped us to bond with our faculties but also served as an ICE BREAKER for us.
