Greeting from Afghanistan, I have visited NH this week and my dad was admitted for a heart procedure and it is done very successfully. Special Thanks to Dr. Devi Shetty who give us his time to see my father and Dr. Sanjy who performed the procedure, and my salute to Mr. Said Abrar and his fellow team member who supported us during the time being in hospital. My friend had a muscle sprain in left arm. We had already consulted 3 private doctors, ortho among them, and knew the problem. We went to NH to just consult Neurologist. Rs. 100 Registration + Rs. 600 doctors fee. Doctor spent around 10 mins on the patient and told nothing to do with Neuro, consult the pain management guy (beware of money making) and we went to that floor. Again a fee of Rs. 400 to consult a doctor who was reading a pain management book, similar to what a 10th standard kid would read. He directed for Ultrasound - and we quite understood the game till this time. During ultrasound, the doctor was teaching his trainee the medical science rather than actually examining the patients problem. That doctor was a pervert! Yes. As per my expectation, he directed for MRI scan of 3 Tesla ( I told to beware). No result with the consultation. Staff attitude WORST - for just showing one report we waited 30+ mins and when our turn came, it took only 1 minute in total. Even at parking counter, stupid people were hired which led to an argument. I would never recommend it - too costly, not effective, too far. Just a show off among other big hospitals.

Doctors have great experience, cost of health check up is low compare to other hospitals but most of the department like Nurses less experience and careless(in mazumdar) but Nurses are very caring(in Hurdyalaya) floor manager have no idea about patients when to discharge when to shift ICU to normal ward (both mazumdar and Hurdyalaya) they will say just wait room is not available and Insurance department ready to cheat you every time and I am sure they cheated so many people.Overall good hospital but be alert......

Great doctors but very bad nursing care. Mom has cronic lung disease and also dengue. Initially shifted to delux room as private was not available. Delux was great but private had mosquito and stinking toilet. Night nurses have no idea what they are doing. Think its a marketing gimmick to take expensive delux room.

One of the good n best hospital specially for heart patient...my dad was admitted for bypass surgery here...its done now successfully... All credit goes to DR.Sanjay Dhaded sir...one of the best doctor...thanku sir for saving my dads life...yeah... Nurses are so arrogant n not cooperative...but still thanks to them also because they too helped us later...n they did their work little bit correctly...!THANKU NARAYANA...!!!

Worst service.....ever seen....false charges....food charges are vry high....doctors visit charges are high.....staffs not cooperative....worst hospital ever visited... To make final bill they took about 5-6 hrs....not given the repots n xray....for that they are asking extra charges.....for refund of false charges you have to visit the hospital again and again....so that the hospital manages it and make some extra bill....
