The guy there was not aware of his own company policy and terrif, asked me to pay 6500 for 300g weight parcel for international shipping, when I called FedEx customer care they said its 2500 only nd they arranged home pickup...

This course service is not reachable to all parts of India unlike other courier servers. I had to travel 210 KM to collect my couriers from FedEx.

Bad Domestic Shipping Services from FedEx. Domestic customer care number doesnt even exist. If you call international and ask them to provide with the working number, they provide with the same non existing number and there are not even aware of it. Shipment was very much delayed and useless in india.
