The staff here are always pretty busy. But the people who come there definitely dont practice and maintain social distancing. This place is always busy. There should be people/security guards to maintain social distancing. The service is OK. The staff that I was attended to, provided full information on what I needed. She was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Went there for a registered post. Service was quick. Two wheeler parking is available. They accept Bescom bill payment. Extended hours counter is available for speed post and registered post till 7pm.

This is one of old post office in this area, it was opened long back meant for only Hindustan aeronautics limited, the aeroplane industry and its employees, staff of post office very helpful except one or two, this po opens at 0830 hrs and works normally after 9 clock

Yes. typical government office / post office is one of finance office . these employees never knew that , banks employees do lot circus to collecting deposits ,customers treat there good manner . this post office never care customers no proper guidance to customer. for these people have no target . nothing . even they forgetting they are serving motto , departments

I called them to ask whether the service was still down instead of answering, like abled person or maybe rude enough to even end the call, they put the reciever down. I mean I know government jobs are dreadful but the employees are even more so.

Typical government office. No courtesy. No initiative for customer satisfaction. They just know some rules which are outdated. They look for reasons to turn down a customer. They dont accept cards or digital payments. This is shocking in the world of post demonetization. They only accept cash and are living in the age of stone age.

Worst employees in vimanapura post office. They never respect to people and very rude behavior especially in deposit/NSC section/ counter... They are telling allways server down and they will work just one hour a day mostly....if you want get NSC, you need to visit the branch at least 2 to 3 times in a week even though you all requires documents...

Its located on the HAL main road, very conveniently located as the bus stop is also close by. The office infrastructure needs to be improved. The services provided by them is good. Bescom payments are accepted also Aadhar card corrections are done here.There is space for two wheeler parking but not for four wheeler though.

Typical Government Staff mentality where one doesn’t even answer questions properly. The bald man sitting behind the counter was remotely interested in what the customers were saying and glued onto his phone without paying any attention to what’s being asked of him.Don’t the senior officials do random audits to check if their staff are doing justice to salary they draw?Anyway one has no choice but to go there for postal needs.No space for car parking, enough place to park a handful of scooters.Avoid the bald man on phone.He thinks asking him a question is equivalent to asking him to donate his left kidney.

I had a postal savings account at this post office, which I forgot about and re-visited six years after opening up. The staff here, praise their efficiency and sense of organization, were able to pull up original copies of my application, determine precisely my outstanding balance, and write me a check. Very bad experience and bad behaviour. They never help customers for small things over the phone. I wanted interest amount for one of my deposit today as i am staying in other city. Assistant post master at this post office told me to come to the branch . I told lockdown is going on and i im staying at red zone area. He didnt help me.

Speed post counter closed too early. They should open for some more time. Monday to Friday its from 8.30 to 2.30 and on Saturday 8.30 to 1.30.

Speed post & registered post extension counter is available upto 7.00pm in weekdays.Very helpful for serving persons to post after working hours.

The timings on Google are misleading. I was there by 3:30 but for operational purposes such as SENDING POSTS, the last accepted time is 2:30 PM. Hope the details are clearly reflected going forward to help others plan their day better.

Staffs where very helpful I went to PO and collected my Passport... though the postman never came to given address and without knocking the door He just mentioned that door is locked..that was very bad... Also post office staff s mentioned that Postman does that as he is new..:)

I didnt recieved my package which i ordered it online from a Different Country which i waited for 2 months, worth over thousands, and the courier didnt even called and Now its lost. The Site tells its already delivered, I am going to their office tomorrow and if its actually lost i am making them Pay for it.

If you need to invest in PPF/NSC, do it before December, else you will end up standing in long queues. Generally people turn up in large numbers for 80C investments between December to March every year.

There are two bad experiences in a week. The first one these guys delivered the package to house 46 instead of 36 (dont they know how to read). The second, they didnt notified me about anything and updated the status as door locked, notified. In both these cases they didnt called at all. A typical idiotic, arrogant, non responsible govt servant attitude.
