Extremely unprofessional staff. They dont value your time. Just keep on shifting you one employee to another.

Im a customer since 10+ years and I have always dealt with customer care/online transactions which has been very very helpful quick and easy. Past few years I moved my branch to Yelahanka (I dont know why... Old mindset of the branch being closer?) & It has been a nightmare! Nothing is done on time, no response to calls and I have to constantly visit the branch to submit something or another. I have escalated to branch manager and still mistakes. They are so willing to open a new account (manual) for me but with all wrong information, how could you get my gender wrong when you have personally taken my application!!!? My SSY account has not been opened yet... even after visiting the branch 3 times. They did not give me complete information and I had to make another visit to drop off the forms and still the account has not opened! Unfortunately, my 10yrs of relationship has been ruined in a couple of months as their relationship manager is very busy to pay attention to detail.

Do u have a forex depth at this branch? Can u provide contact details of the concerned person or dept?

Very slow service. Whenever you visit you have to wait for long.

Deposited some money. They didnt verify and debit to the account till I go back to the bank after 3 hours. should have some process to avoid mistakes.

May be due to demonetization blues, but when I went here for updating my kyc details 28Nov16, I found their service was pathetic!! After wasting an hr and half, had to visit another branch for this simple thing. Monday morning and their printer wasnt working and they couldnt get a standby printer... tells about their preparedness and service quality

ICICI @ Yelahanka new town branch is good branch. Especially if you are a privileged customer they will get the things done on priority.
